That's pretty good.

Kalam looks a bit thin, Quick Ben isn't dark enough, and if that's Tattersail in the background, she's too skinny too.

But it's still pretty good.

Aye, illustrating the Kharkanas trilogy would be a challenge for this artist, by the looks of it. Though apart from that, it's certainly worthy of some digging. ;)

that i believe is one of the plates from the limited ed. of GoTM from Subterranean Press and there are a couple more here at Pat's Fantasy Hotlist page and here is another link from another fantasy blog where you can click the plates and see them larger at A Fantasy Reader.

JK Drummond is doing the Deadhouse Gates one but Michael Komarck did GotM. and this is my favorite of his...

Great pics. Never saw the Whiskeyjack/Paran one before. Rake is great!
