Come Norn, I think you mistake him in this.

I believe his intent is to say that the crusade itself is unsanctioned and not of his ordering.

Well we should have learned from the past that followers are not sheep who simply sit and do nothing without being driven. Indeed, oftentimes they do exactly what you don't want them to do.

If I am wrong, I will condemn him alongside you without hesitation, but first be certain of his intention before hating him for it. *bows*

I will remain neutral in the feuds of the northern continent. I must attend to the plague that scours the King's lands and his people. Alas, this deity needs focus his efforts on healing the land.

Ah, I fear that I may indeed have misunderstood.

My brother Adomorn, I apologise for any offence caused - as you may have gathered, I believed mistakenly that you approved of this crusade. If this is not the case, then allow me to offer my most profound regrets for my earlier statement.

If I were you, I think I would let the plague do its worst. Your followers and power have increased tremendously since it began. I would wish for such bad fortune myself, but bad fortune is actually bad for me.

I believe Adamorn when he says this is not his intent. I will have to attend to my defense, however, though I hope it will be unnecessary.

My thanks, for this "Crusade" is indeed not of my doing. It will be turned, as I said before, shortly. It won't be tolerated.

No offense taken.

Dogma: All things, whether they be animal or plant, fall prey to sickness and disease. If life is the search for perfection - freedom from disease and weakness - then can one find fault in trying to attain it? Achieving it, one can say they have found the ultimate good - the 'greater life'. The road to this is debatable, but ultimately someone must act. It is the judgement of Nor Yekith that any means must be enacted in order to bring a paradise upon the world. I am the will and the instrument. My hands and my words will shape the world - mould men and beasts, machines and rock. Through mutation I will transform all life. I will corrupt and purify the flesh, making better men - making a better world.
It would seem, Nor Yekith, that this "plague" is perhaps of your doing.
Am I mistaken? I should hope so, becuase the deaths of so many innocents would be intolerable.

~Lord Adomorn

My doing? I am afraid not. If it is my doing, why then am I allowing Undine and Jastrau's followers to enter my land and attempt to combat it?

Too bad with the plague isn't it Nor Yekith? Too bad that nobody are helping you out. Didn't anyone offer as much as a singe DRP to help you?

It is fortunate that there are some who do not consider me such a threat to actually help me. Adamorn seems to find me a foe despite that I have not acted against him. It pleases me that other gods are willing to help me out.

Don't act so noble, Jastrau. When my people were afflicted by famine, where were you? As I recall, I offered to help us both if you would lend me a DRP. Your offer was what again... hmm, something like 'Give me a DRP and I'll help you and not take any of your followers.'

I did what I could, sharing the results of my labor with those who helped me. But where was the god of the harvest while people starved? May such benevolence as yours be returned to you in your time of need.

Simjen:
In fact, it is on record, that I used my DRP in the famine round to alleviate the famine. Incognito to your followers.

*bows* Then I appreciate your aid. However, if you would have told me of this, my own actions could've been made more efficiently. One has to wonder what could be gained by acting secretly.

Lazyness plain and simple. I suspected that the Allfaher would let you know. I had nothing to gain by acting secretly.

Doing good can yield unforeseen rewards. My followers for instance found an underground temple contining great treassure.

It seems we are joined by a new brother deity. *bows*

Welcome Fallen...

(Fallen from what, if I may ask?)

(And what spheres of influence do you deem your own?)

I am ancient beyond reckoning. I am in the fire that burns and the ice that freezes. I am in the bonds that bend and corrupt. I am in the dark of the night when the lights go out. I was there when the black came and the wall’s fell, when the people screamed and died. I was there through the plagues and the famine’s, through the suffering and the death. I have ruled empires and crushed God’s beneath my clawed feet. I have destroyed cities and conquered worlds.

And when, at the last, the creators came in force to imprison me I wove a spell of such unbridled power the very foundations of the universe shook. The spell broke my chains but in so doing drove me from my realm...

Now I have come, diminished, although far from extinguished, to build anew.

I have brought with me a champion. He is ‘Apostle’. A fiend of mighty strength and power, the ground turns to ash where he treads, snorting fumes and wielding fire. Apostle has followed me for thousands of years and will be my chief servant upon the mortal realm.

Hmm, have we met before Fallen? Your story seems oddly familiar ;)

My story transcends space and time and many know me by my true name which must not be spoken.

We have not met, although if needs must I'm sure I could acquaint you with a partner of mine...DEATH!

Death? Ah, then you already know Maeror, the deities of death. I am gladdened that you do not enter this world friendless and alone.

I am Norn. It is a pleasure to make your aquaintence, scarcely veiled threats, hyperbolic statements and all.
