I figure you are quite skilled at keeping him in check at this stage of the game. :P We can hang out and girl talk while the crazy people go get stuck in caves. :D

Realistically, I probably wouldn't stray very far from the campfire where my steak(s?) will be cooking, and my cooler full of beer. And hopefully there'll be a little bit of :bounce03: as well. That's enough adventure for me (though we might have to break into the Alpine Slide for some midnight mountain-sledding. :)

Midnight mountain sledding.... weren't we talking about next summer? What winterized holy hell are you all planning? :P I wanna be lakeside, fishing pole in hand and talking girl talk with Kigirl and the rest while the boys drink beer and try to outmacho each other. No snow, no claustrophobic caves, just open WARM air and fun. Sheesh.

Maybe mountain "sliding" would have been a better word. Like this:

I'll pass on the squeezing around in caves part of the adventure.

I am right in assuming that this isn't a dry county? ;)

Ok, NOW you are TALKING. Sign me up for that. Twice. Maybe four... five.... ten... twenty.... times. As long as I don't have to walk up the hill each time. I am old and fat and lazy. :D

I haven't brewed in 6 months, but I'm going to start again now that cold weather is here, so I should have some ready by then.

I see ski lifts with people in them. I think the climb up can be averted.

Is that Ki in the sled looking at the the photographer (you) Malik?

I love alpine slides!!!!!--if I came out I'd probably have to come alone, drive hard and be a 'rugged' manly camper (but I'll remember deoderant). Oh, and I can pick up Watchers along the way, if you'll help pay Dick Ch...er I mean, for gas.

You willing to take a swing south, danlo? Hyperception says there's no way he can take the time to go. And I really don't trust my over a decade old vehicles (one with over 300K miles, the other with over 250K miles) to make that trip by myself... :(

But, if Hyperception gives the OK for me to go, I'll do it if I have to.

Danlo, if you ever swing through Colorado, feel free to call and we can go riding the alpine slide. It's closer too!

I guess we'll have to see if that can be done. I drove to NY in less than two days once, but that was in '84 when I required less naps! :D (Tam and I were joking yesterday that Tennessee was originally laid out the way it was so we could put a major freeway smack down the middle!)

Oh and Cag we go to the one at Purgatory, above Durango.
