I don't want to be part of the "family", if that is a better word. I don't want people to agree with me because they'll think I'll go insane if they don't. I just want people to give me the least bit of respect up front that everyone deserves regardless of who they are.

Do that & you'll find that I'm a much nicer person than you could guess at.

Look at the history of Zeph here & you will see that it starts off pointing at nobody. But as people treated my poorly each day, instead of leaving which I consider cowardice, each day I became more and more difficult.

I'm saying that maybe the "family" should look in the mirror for what Zephalephelah has become. I would definately have rathered to be quite different. But like a cornered animal, I will strike back and become more violent in my demeaner as there are more of the mob crowding in on me.

I didn't say you have to respect me dan. I would prefer you not to be false. But I would have the respect you would give anyone on the street, when you don't have your little group with you to hold your hand and make you brave.

I'm sorry but you have gone to far. What the hell is your problem? If you came here to discuss the bloody Chronicles then bloody well discuss them, and not argue about them. Debating is fine. But arguing the way you just did is not. If you don't want us to have a go at you then why, oh, why are you posting rubbish like that?! I mean why didn't you just say, calmly and nicely that you have a right to your own point of view, and you wouldn't be attacked at all. Your not getting attacked for your point of view at all, as a matter a fact Zephalephelah, your getting attack for the way you express them, and the way you demean other point of views. If you love the Chronicles, then stop posting crap like this!

Well if you look back at my first posts to you, you will find that they are perfectly respectful. But as it went on i found your posts more and more offensive, and no, it wasn't just you voicing your oppinions, it was you trying to provoke a reaction. So I stopped replying to you, I ignored you, but you just keep getting worse. Now I'm perfectly happy to treat you with respect, but, as long as you keep deliberatly insulting people, I will not.

I gotta hand it to ya. You guys are a really great bunch of people. Look at the love. Can't you feel the love? Wow!

I wonder what a truly objective person would think of all this. They would say, well you know Zeph sure is obnoxious but he's got a point, the whole board is on the poor guy.

But I don't expect you people to be able to put the shoe on the other foot or turn the table. I expect you to continue being bullies in the elementary school playground. Keep it up. You're making yourselves look like exactly what I said.

We were fine until you came along Zephalephelah. I have never bullied your views at all. I have only read one thing of yours before today, and that was about would people from the Land think this place is hell. And I agreed with you there. I have heard a lot of people complaining about some of your posts, but couldn't really bring myself to read them. But the vibe I get from other members is that your unreasonable when it comes to discussing your views. That's the problem here Zephalephelah, so I'm asking you, calm down a bit, be more reasonable, and we'll be reasonable in return.

I think no, but I remain open minded on the subject as there, IMO, is no definitve proof either way...

I don't agree with you there Hierachy. How can you believe in something which has no prove that it exists? Why doesn't God come out of the heavens now? Show himself to us? Then we would have no doubt in his existence.

Everything is selfufilling to you then? Is that it?--Did you just want to cause such a stir to get your desired reaction? This is just a few people--it cleary isn't a MOB gathering, but directly calling out certian people (like Brinn i.e.) is not the greatest strategic move ever. I and, I'm sure, many others have read your posts with interest or at least reaction. I for 1 kinda agree with you (many others may too-you don't have a real barometer of the Watch that can allow you to rush to judgement) I am against organized religion, closemindedness and TV-I have a little different take on Jesus than you do--but that's my business.

Religion and Politics are the worst things you can discuss at a bar or a website. But some need 2 be more civil about it and less defensive and that goes for you Zeph. Whatever your views are that's your business--but this is a community and you need to work on your social skills. If you can't do at least that then yes leave. But it's really about co-existing with your fellow humans and being civil on this, or any other board--than any "witch hunt" or whatever you precieve to be going on...
