Well, we can
try to take better pictures...I usually photograph nature scenes and people, so I don't know how/if the photos will turn out of a map...

You can pretty much tell by looking a your digital's readout, can't you?
Besides digital quality has to be 10 times better that the crappy disposable I used. Now the question is-where did I put the map!

Well, I am still learning my camera.
Got it when I got the computer. Didn't do my research on digital cameras, either. So I got the one that took the biggest pictures that I could find. Turned out I got one a professional photographer would use, which takes 4 megabyte pictures -- when all I actually needed was a little guy that takes 1 meg pictures to upload to the web.
We'll have to play around with it and see what we can do...
