Oh, Frith, not another. There is this guy at work that is very addicted to WoW and is frequently late to work which he admitted at one point because he can't stop playing. Saturdays there is no boss in, and he is often over an hour late, and it drives me up the damn wall. However, even when the boss is here, he's usually at least 15 minutes late. I don't know why the boss puts up with it. I wouldn't.

Whenever I tell someone I play warcraft, I then have to explain that I mean Warcraft III, not WoW.

My Shaman does pretty well, combo lightning strikes and earthquakes does pretty good damage, and I am not too bad with my staff!

However, I try to only fight one at a time! I can sometimes handle two. But if I am swarmed then I am toast! And will think "Captain! Save my ass!!"

And hope her lvl 70 rides in to rescue me in time!!

There are few things more evil than Murlocs. In the WoW vernacular, they are 'social' monsters. If you hit one, the whole group goes after you. It's not so much a show of solidarity (Help! The intruder over there is murdering our friends!) as sheer aggressive nastiness (Hey! Over there!! Fiiiiight!!!).

There's an island off the coast of Theramore populated by the little creeps, and I once made the mistake of hitting the wrong one. About thirty of them jumped me, and I took off running, kiting the whole lot of them all down the beach. Some time later I was flying over the island and saw the same thing happening to some poor Orc. It was actually fairly amusing to watch.

Ya, I normally don't go on SA that much (more too lazy to check sites like taht for constant updates) but my bro brought it to my attention and I liked it.

Oh, god that brings back memories. Holsety, that is a classic screenshot. Very funny.

I used to have three 70 characters across two realms (Kilrogg - US, Azuremyst - US) and apparently they're still active (I gave them to some friends who had them hacked within the first week) and making their way through to the tops of the battleground leaderboards. Go my characters, go! Ahha.

I make myself miss what life used to be like. But then, I make myself so un-jealous by remember what life was like. Let's just say that getting extremely addicted is bad for the social life. I didn't sleep, I didn't eat and I didn't see the sun. For three weeks (over the school holidays) I didn't shower or move from the upper floor of my house. I went to the bathroom, asked my mother to bring me up my food and then thrashed the shit out of that game.

Oh, boy, that was the downpoint in my life.
Friends, don't get to the point were you go nuts on the hours you play. It's not healthy.

Did you guys hear about that kid who committed suicide to "be with" his fellow World of Warcraft heroes? He was thirteen. Not healthy at all, methinks.

Always good advice.

I work long hours in a high-stress job, and WoW is kinda my way of staying sane.

Will Sea be able to play on a US server? If so, that'd be awesome, but from what I have heard it might not be easy.

I just did Kara for the first time yesterday, and I am very pleasently surprised at how much more fun raiding is now than it was in classic. Also the addition of badges to the bosses there makes even a dry run worth something!

Cool, I just made a character there (Esmer) He's a Dreanai Shaman. I check online from time to time to see if you guys are on, but I really need to know the names of your characters. (We can probably get a guild together) I *did* add a Sorus to my friends list, I am assuming that is you?

That is me, and my main is Stormblaze.

Storm is a level 70 Night Elf beastmaster hunter and Gnomish Engineer.

Sorus is my new alt (I've had the name since I started playing, but have only just started using it.) She is also a Night Elf hunter, because I had enough fun the first time to want to go through it again. She will be marksman speced, and has two gathering professions.

I also have a level 43 human warlock named Nixxe (tailor/enchanter) that I seldom play.
