This has happened for the fifth time today, I got kicked off Kevinswatch... so did Lucimay and Recluse.
Do you know why this is happening?
Are the hackers back?

That happened once to me today, clicked back and tried again and it was fine. Those messages are usually something up with the server - whether there's maintenance going on or a bandwidth shortage or whatever, they're usually nothing to worry about, and get sorted by the sites host if there actually is a problem.

On Monday, I got this message twice in a row:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /phpBB2/index.php on this server.
Apache/2.0.55 (Unix) Server at kevinswatch.ihugny.com Port 80
I almost freaked out.
But then I was able to get back on the site.

Thanks a lot Murrin. That's one less thing to worry about. I'm glad it wasn't hackers.
