You should be ashamed...you've put your reputation as a drug-addled madman in question.

meh...I have a staunch aversion to drug induced knowledge these days.....nothing "wrong" with it, heh, but I feel it's counterproductive, especially under unprofessional guidance....now, for
pure recreation, now thats a whole nutter story!

Fair enough. Interesting point about "knowledge" though. I'm not sure that it's always counterproductive, but I can certainly see how it
can be.

well, more a matter of trusting that knowledge, it's integrity/accuracy....it's definitley a legitimate experience, but whatever information I may feel I have gleaned from the episode, I certainly wouldn't bet my life on it in a critical situation, eh?
Any experience one has must be done from an intensely sober and supremely focused state of attention in order to be a valid event, and an act of power, a source of True Wisdom, found only in the pure Silence of the complete mind......which by doing massive doses becomes less and less reliable or trustworthy due to effects/after-effects, etc....the addled madman syndrome sets in somewhat if not completely......

Agreed in the sense that the "incoherence" I mention is the other thread is a side-effect, and that it can interfere with what you discover or think you discover.

No. I prefer to live life straight. No distortions. No excuses. (To the extent that such ideals are humanly possible. <sigh>)

And here I thought the the "health-sense" was the LSD talking.

(Not really, in case anybody wondered.

)
I think his parenthetical statement is the most honest there...living distorts life, regardless of anything else.
