Is that like making the Mona Lisa look mysterious for a gallery?
Finished reading the most boring, pretentious book in the World.

Yes, because I just killed my practice Amp.
It does not go up to 13, apparently.

Hi Mennolly, hate to bust in this thread with unrelated information, but just thought you might like to know that the Gators are about to sign ESPN's #1 class of recruits on Wednesday!

That class had better not include Terrel Pryor!

Aren't you the charmer?
Sorry to hear about your amp. Now you're going to get back to your day job as a student.
As I am now home from the wedding, I have to morph from wedding-hot to girls' night out hot. It's more of a relaxed yet smoldering kind of look. Jeans, heels, satin shirt and velvet jacket. More eye makeup and darker eyeliner. That kind of thing.

You forgot the beatstick, for beating back the suitors.

Unfortunately, no one ever hits on me. . . But I feel hot, and I take comfort in that.

I'm playing either Axis and Allies with some friends this afternoon or another boardgame.

I just got home from the exact same situation, and now I'm seriously debating as to whether I'm going to let my friends drag me to the reception, I think I'd rather be slapped

I spent the day mostly reading. I read the paper and I read a textbook I need to study. Tomorrow I will do more studying, some computer work, and go folkdancing in the evening. And we may go out to dinner with my sister and my mom.

No, it's true. Now I'm going to sound completely pathetic, but I haven't been on a date since a bad breakup over two year ago. *shrugs* I think I'm bad at dating.
And for the record, we went to a coffeehouse/bar for girls' night out, and no one but our waiter talked to us. Four single young women, and not a one of us got any attention.

But we had fun eating chocolate fondue and various things that we dipped in it. I wouldn't count the night as a failure in any way.

And a Shavuah Tov to you, too, Menolly.
