My viotes go the same as ali's, though in reverse order.
1. ___, but not only because he got the ending right. It makes a strange type of sense, if you are a reader of Flower of Doom.
2. Jenn, reason stated concisely by ali.

Sorry I missed it, I was looking forward to the fun...but I had to go to move a house in Montana, and there was literally no internet available to me...though there was supposed to be...growl snarl...but I won't whine about losing my spot.

Glad to see you back, Vraith.

I have a friend who threatens to move to Montana any time she's having a bad day.
WF, seems like extenuating circumstances to me. Altho now that the Mad Libs paragraph has been revealed and voting has begun, it wouldn't really be fair to let him participate in this round....

[ Scratch that last post. Which I just deleted. ]
Welcome back, Vraith!
Well, of
course you're back, because that makes for the stickiest predicament possible ...
First, sorry that I dropped you out. I figured that there was a good reason for your being MIA, but I didn't have any idea why, nor any idea when you'd be back.
But now you are back. And we haven't gone too far w/o you. On the other hand, I imagine it would be very disappointing to Krazy Kat to bump him back out after giving him the miracle second chance. On the other other hand, now that the Mad Lib has been revealed, it is, as Menolly says, too late to fairly let you resume. It would also be unfair to let you back in and get a buy this round.
Redoing this round is out of the question. I think if I started over we'd lose the microscopic readership we've so far retained.
Vraith,
I can't put you back in, but I can let you pick one of these fabulous consolation prizes.
- 100 WGD (same as third place)
- A double-vote (with the bribery that it would entail)
- Authorship of the Staff of Immunity questions

Might I make a suggestion!
To be fair, I wouldn't have played the Mad lib round if Vraith hadn't been too busy. So we can always say that I've been holding the fort until his return. Vraith can take whatever votes I get for my Mad libs, and maybe also pm the Staff of Immunity questions to Wayfriend - see what happens.
I don't mind dropping out. And iif all agree...can I have the double-vote consolation prize

I like that suggestion KK!

KK: If Vraith is fine with that, I am fine with that. And, if I may say, you are noble.
And ... is this the most confusing contest ever?

I might be movin' to Montana soon
Just to raise me up a crop of
Dental Floss
Raisin' it up
Waxen it down
In a little white box
That I can sell uptown
By myself I wouldn't
Have no boss,
But I'd be raisin' my lonely
Dental Floss
Raisin' my lonely
Dental Floss
Well I just might grow me some bees
But I'd leave the sweet stuff
To somebody else . . . but then, on the other
hand Iwould
Keep the wax
N' melt it down
Pluck some Floss
N' swish it aroun'
I'd have me a crop
An' it'd be on top (that's why I'm movin' to
Montana)
Movin' to Montana soon
Gonna be a Dental Floss tycoon (yes I am)
Movin' to Montana soon
Gonna be a mennil-toss flykune
I'm pluckin' the ol'
Dennil Floss
That's growin' on the prairie
Pluckin' the floss!
I plucked all day an' all nite an' all
Afternoon . . .
I'm ridin' a small tiny hoss
(His name is MIGHTY LITTLE)
He's a good hoss
Even though
He's a bit dinky to strap a big saddle or
Blanket on anyway
He's a bit dinky to strap a big saddle or
Blanket on anyway
Any way
I'm pluckin' the ol'
Dennil Floss
Even if you think it is a little silly, folks
I don't care if you think it's silly, folks
I don't care if you think it's silly, folks
I'm gonna find me a horse
Just about this big,
An' ride him all along the border line
With a
Pair of heavy-duty
Zircon-encrusted tweezers in my hand
Every other wrangler would say
I was mighty grand
By myself I wouldn't
Have no boss,
But I'd be raisin' my lonely
Dental Floss
Raisin' my lonely
Dental Floss
Raisin' my lonely
Dental Floss
Well I might
Ride along the border
With my tweezers gleamin'
In the moon-lighty night
And then I'd
Get a cuppa cawfee
N' give my foot a push . . .
Just me 'n the pygmy pony
Over the Dennil Floss Bush
N' then I might just
Jump back on
An' ride
Like a cowboy
Into the dawn to Montana
Movin' to Montana soon
(Yippy-Ty-O-Ty-Ay)
Movin' to Montana soon
(Yippy-Ty-O-Ty-Ay)
Movin' to Montana soon
(Yippy-Ty-O-Ty-Ay)
Movin' to Montana soon
(Yippy-Ty-O-Ty-Ay)
Movin' to Montana soon
(Yippy-Ty-O-Ty-Ay)
Movin' to Montana soon
(Yippy-Ty-O-Ty-Ay)
Movin' to Montana soon
(Yippy-Ty-O-Ty-Ay)
Movin' to Montana soon
(Yippy-Ty-O-Ty-Ay)
Movin' to Montana soon
(Yippy-Ty-O-Ty-Ay)
Movin' to Montana soon
(Yippy-Ty-O-Ty-Ay)
Movin' to Montana soon
(Yippy-Ty-O-Ty-Ay)
Movin' to Montana soon
(Yippy-Ty-O-Ty-Ay

Heck, I say just give KK all three [or 2/3, or whatever] of the consolations you offered me, and I will say "I thank you profusely for channeling me while I was in the netherlands [which really isn't all that different from the Netherlands, except less ocean] , KK...but I need my keyboard back now!"
If that works for you boss, and you KK [and I really do appreciate the stepping aside].

I wave my wand, and make it so.
Vraith is a Survivor. Krazy Kat is not.
Vraith's entry in round one is the entry Krazy Kat submitted. (See edits.) A vote for Krazy Kat is a vote for Vraith.
Krazy Kat wins the double-vote prize. His votes for the best Survivor count double. Hopefully, he will parlay that into some cash or other treats as the Survivor's vie for his critical vote. And, yes, KK can vote this round. (Why not?)
Hail Krazy Kat. Hail Gamefriend. Hail.
And thanks for the pants, Hue!
Get those Staff submissions in, Survivors.

What? What's the tiebreaker question? Has it been posted yet? Did I miss something?

Sorry Wayfriend, but I need to ask just how long are these double-vote points valid for? Can I keep them until the final? Or can I even keep them until the next 'Win Wayfriend's Money' competition?

Wayfriend, I'm gonna pass on the SOI submission. I am too exhausted and all I can think of is the staff elders and two instances of brandishing and I don't have the willpower to try to figure out the rest tonight. No brains left so I'll just take my chances.

Krazy Kat, you get two votes for each sub-contest until the 10,000 WGD winner is picked.
Sorry to hear that, Cameraman Jenn. I hope it's a good tired.
Speaking of votes ... we need a lot more voting. How do we get that to happen? Where is everyone? Go and tap people, people!
I was going to end the voting today but with so little turnout I may extend.

Sorry to hear that. I'd help you if I could, but I'm sure that's against the rules.

It's a bad tired. Shorthanded at work and my day off was changed to Wednesday so that another manager could do whatever it was she needed to do so I came in yesterday and the freight had barely been touched, more than five pallets of crap and then we got another six on top of that which didn't get touched and there is more coming today so I am going in early to try to get a handle on it. Yes I cut my commute time by getting my scooter but it's still like three hours on top of shifts for me to get back and forth to work so yesterday I left my place at 11:30 in the morning, had a quick lunch with a friend and got to work by 1:30, worked until 11:30 at night and didn't make it home until 1 am. It's ok though, I am getting all buff from slinging so much freight.
