Next question - What convinced Lebbick that Terisa was right about Gereden being innocent of Nyle's murder, and why did that work when nothing else did?
(Note: not really a complicated answer - don't make it harder than it really is)
I will make a guess....if I remember correctly did it not have to do with Geraden's size ...I seem to remember something about certain amount of force needed to kill Nyle and Geraden could not have performed that at his size or was it because the killer was certain hand (lets say left hand) and Geraden was right hand?

Booo to me that is actually two guesses

I was gonna guess that it was because he was so generally useless... :D

LOL

Wrong and Wrong. :)

A hint - you would be shocked where you discover the naked truth...

Way cold. Going back to your apartment for bit of rest might be very revealing.

Hahaha, your clues are harder than the actual questions. ;)

Nah, I got nothing. :D (He couldn't have done it because he was with Terisa at the time? (But he wasn't was he? Didn't it happen in front of Geraden?)

Nothing I tell you. :D

Hmm based on the clues..I would say Terisa was with Eremis or saw him nude and also saw the bloodied dagger. Terisa told Castellan to search Eremis rooms and the knucklehead had not hid the evidence?

Hmmm that does not seem too smart but your clues are leading near that direction....anyways that is my answer

Still wrong. Both of you.

These will, of course, seem obvious in hindsight.

Hopefully one more clue won't make you feel beaten to a bloody pulp.

Lebbick found Saddith naked in his bed, and that convinced him that Geraden didn't kill Nyle.

As Lebbick explained to Artagel: "Master fornicating Eremis wouldn't have sent his whore to my bed if everything that woman [Teresa] said about him wasn't true. He was trying to distract me." Teresa had been arguing to Lebbick that Eremis faked Nyle's death.

Hey I was kinda sorta little bit close by someone being with Eremis nude...just because I had everything else wrong :D  8O

I'm guessing that it is Cord Hurn's question now?

You were getting closer, samwr3, for sure!

We'll see what IrrationalSanity has to say. Perhaps he'll require some more information...

Cord Hurn is absolutely correct!

:bwave:

I hope my clues make sense now that we have the context. :)

Anyway, your turn!

My thanks to you, IrrationalSanity!

Next question:

When Geraden asks Queen Madin what she would have done if King Joyse had shared his plans with her, what is her answer?

I could answer, but someone else really needs to take a chance here.

Do you want me to stay with you to offer clues and support, or just flee to safety? ;)

I really really need to re-read these two books. I have not read for 20 years plus...so my memory of this scene is almost non-existent.

So I am just going to take a wild guess is that she said she felt insulted that he had not included her and she would have found better solutions if they had worked together.

Thank you for the guess, Sam, but that isn't it.
