I made a quick trip through Un'goro, which yielded 6 pieces of thorium ore. I'll hit EPL tonight or tomorrow if I have time.

Patch 3.0.2 is live on the Public Test Realm.

Release date for Wrath of the Lich King is November 13.

I gave in and copied Kysen to the PTR so I could play around and give some feedback. Stormwind Harbour is huuuuuge.
Every damn hunter has a devilsaur or corehound, it's ridiculous.

Corehounds and devilsaurs, meh. Cats got me to level 70, they can get me to 80.

With the logjam of group quests I had last week broken, thanks for the help on those everyone, I've made good progress. I'm now half way through lvl 67, doing some fun quests in Netherstorm. First out of Area 52 and now out of the Eco Dome Midrealm and Stormspire.

I also last night passed, for the first time, the 1000 g barrier.

Finally spotted someone with a bit of originality: a Silithid. Actually a pretty cool thing to have as an "exotic" pet, IMO.
I'm getting bored of the PTR. Instance servers are down, battlegrounds are down, lag lag lag, and it's hell trying to get an enchant or glyph, because for some reason the only people actually putting them on the AH are charging ridiculous prices (which is utterly pointless on a PTR, when everything about your character could be reset tomorrow if the devs decide it).

Here's something interesting: Alchemist are getting the ability to force a Discovery once a week. Yuo can see the recipe here.

I have completely lost all interest in playing... what's the point when everything will be obsolete in a couple of months?

True... but working to upgrade my level 70 gear at this point just seems like a complete waste of time.

Sorry to sound so pessimistic - for the record, I am not burnt out and I have no plans to leave.

I am excited about WotLK - I even have my death knight all planned - name, appearance, 90% of spec.

You maknig sure the name won't be taken? I think a lot of people are making alts to "reserve" the names they want for their DK, heh.

Yep, 'reserved' since last November.

Luci: Here's my old spec. It is designed for mainly for soloing. Makes your pet a better tank/DPS, raises your armor and stamina, as well as trap upgrades. Trap upgrades are good for dungeon CC as well as solo. Bestial wrath gives advantages in PvP, as you cannot be CC'd while it is active. Good for irking rogues.

This is my main toolbar. Things I use most tied to number keys, with useful stuff with longer cooldowns above them, plus traps all in a row. Pet stuff on the side, along with potions/bandages/food/drinks, etc.



This is my PvP toolbar. Very similar, but with a couple of things I rarely use in PvE - multishot and scare beast.

wow!!! bizarro!! we have a lot of the same stuff in the same spots!!! and same config on action bars (altho i don't have left horizontal action bar, only right)

thanks so much sorus. hopefully i'll respec sometime before the weekend cause i need to run ramps and kill a fel reaver and once those are done i need to run auchindoun for part of my stalker chain mail.
oh and caverns of time as well. urg.
