The yellow is so much easier to read, but it clashes. Why not just white? Or a light grey?

Lucimay, for about ten minutes before Sea and I pitched a fit, the blue headers and forum index titles etc were a shocking light but bright aqua blue. It was horrific so you should be glad you missed it!

And then there was Vain's momentary lapse of reason when he changed the font from the baby blue to green (which resulted in my spitting my coffee everywhere).

But hey...Wadders....what yellow? And

Hm...I donno. It's better than the black bar...but then, anything would be better than that black bar. Heh.

I like how it matches the image, but the bar still looks kind of strange on the search results screen and the profile page. And there's black text on it which just doesn't work at all.

I know how it is...nobody's ever happy with all the color schemes at the Hangar for long, not even me...advice: keep it real simple, too much and it turns into a real nightmare.

sea - shouldn't that be the norm??

jay - I'll tinker with the black text. I think I can make it a darkish grey so it will still show on the white parts but stand out better against the darker blue

I think men are naturally inclined to please their woman but somehow that goes wonky at times. Heck I have an ex myself so I obviously got something wrong.

But, yeah, I think we all aim to please.... Well, I certainly give it my best shot...on most occasions!

I think we all give it our best shot until we think it's not worth it - I dunno. I'm no philosopher - I just live life the best way I know how and if it's not working I change it.

But, returning to the thread topic (if I must!): Actually, I like the color. It's a lot softer on the eyes (come to think of it...I can't even remember what color it was earlier today!!!). I prefer this one!

I'm pleased the text works for you. I think I'll stay away from luminous green for a while - well at least until jenn eats another magic mushroom.

I'm messing around with the newest version of the software for this board. It has some cool features for members and an admin panel that's quite cool - if not confusing....heh !

Hot pink would contrast better.
