Morn: Chloe Bennet
Angus: Robbie Coltrane (Trying to think of a younger actor)

Maybe.
Morn should be taller.
Angus doesn't need to be young, but don't know if Coltrane is hard enough.
The evil doctor from...Billingsgate? Could have been Peter Cushing.
