Well, a "little spoilerish" isn't "spoiler free" is it? I never read the Amazon synopsis. I didn't know:
They go back in time (again). There's a cadre of wizards who oppose the Elohim. I don't want to know where the fucking "showdown" is. I don't want to know that the ending is a cliffhanger (now I'll be reading the last few pages entirely differently, and it won't hit me with the same power because I'll be expecting a cliffhanger.
I didn't know:
Fatal Revenant answers many questions that were raised by its predecessor. Indeed, secrets about Kastenessen, the Durance, the skurj, the Giants, the Haruchai, Kevin's Dirt, the Elohim, Roger Covenant, the Demondim, the ur-viles, the Waynhim, and more are revealed. I don't want to know which questions are answered! Now I'll be reading, waiting for the exact moment when those are revealed.
Many here didn't know that the book picks up right at the end of Runes (there's been conjecture about exactly where/when it will begin.) Many here didn't know that the reunion of Linden and Covenant isn't a happy reunion--regardless of how familiar we are with Donaldson's work (sometimes authors deliberately play against our expectations).
Telling us where and when a story happens is a spoiler. Telling us about the existence of characters, and classes of characters, that we didn't expect is a spoiler. In short,
telling us something that we wouldn't know unless we actually read the book is a SPOILER, just in case we're confused about the meaning of the word. "Spoiler free" would only contain things you can't get from reading the book, such as: did you like, or not.
I've managed to go three years without spoiling a single facet of this story. And now, two weeks before it's released, we get this. Thanks a lot, Pat.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with Malik and others. I didn't want to know about those spoilered things either; I read it and dont see how it could be characterized as spoiler free. I wont say it ruined the book or anything, but I didn't like it.
Then again, I have made my opinion clear in other topics that I don't particularly care for posts that are thinly disguised ads intended to direct people into a web site or blog rather than participate in KW discussions. I don't disagree that those members do that have the right to post those items, mind you, I just personally disagree with it and find it insincere.

I've read both chapters of FR, the WHGB of FR, and all of the miscellaneous readings given by SRD and summarized by Watchers. However, I've purposefully stayed away from the most recent spoilers in FR forum.
Pat5150's summary definitely contains much more information than what has been revealed by SRD. I highly recommend avoiding his review until after reading FR.

If anyone is re-reading Runes I hope that they consider jotting down any thoughts and feelings in the Dissection. This is your last chance to record your impressions of Runes before knowing what happens next!

AHH!!!!! I can feel my excitement bursting from my chest like an alien!!! I can't wait anymore!!!!! (Orlion runs out of his house, catches some foxes and ties burning brands to their tales and releases them in some corn fields. Orlion returns to the computer) I feel much better now... though I probably should clean my numerous fox bites...
