Doesn't the green remind anyone of the Illearth Stone?

Nah...

It doesn't...um...have the putrid phosphoresence required to bring the Illearth Stone to mind.

...besides, on my dial-up, before the greens kick in it's all Gator colors...

I agree, it's a little too olive, and not enough emerald to be the illearth stone, that, and I don't sense any ravers near by, and my health sense is much improved since I quit smoking

hey! i dig the blueprint blue text. its much better than the green text and sort of draws the subsilver and new green borders together. looking good Vain! good yob!

I've changed things slightly - I also thought that the green links were a tad much but I like green as a whole - it's the colour of genius apparently

it was a shock, the green on gree. i am warming to it.

Are we back to blue? I like the blue color I am seeing now.

My text is blue on the boards.
The skin is Subsilver.
The topic bars are a light green.
The Forum bars are an olive green.
And the border is olive green.
The Text in the Forum bars, and the admin text is orange.

Is that what you see MsMary? It is what I see, and like.

I am not seeing exactly what you are seeing, no.

You will need to define what you mean by all the different types of bars you mention, cause it is not clear to me. But I see no green bars, only blue or blue-ish.
The bars which contain the heading for each group of forums look like a dark blue to me, and actually have insufficient contrast with the text, so it's hard to read the titles ("The Watch", "SRD Forums", etc).

The border is what I still consider to be an ugly shade of green, but I can live with it, cause it's not that noticeable.

I'm on a Mac, btw.

Yup.

The light green bars are okay. The darker (I guess "olive" green) forum background and bars with the orange writing don't appeal to me.

OK. But everything else is cool?

I"m happy with it. . . I really like the change. It makes me think of Andelain and spring.
