All the fun out of it.
It's sex if they survive the encounter with their sanity intact, ne?
Also, I'm having to quit smoking.

I'll agree with that but I'll add if they maintain use of their lower limbs,
but good for you on the quitting smoking, I've gotten loads of good advice from everybody - it's not turned out to be as hard as I thought, still not easy

I've been cigarette free since the 1st, and nicotine free (patches) since the 12th. The grumpiness is finally starting to go away. But don't push me or I'll f*** you up!

Well, I don't know how far San Diego is from San Francisco, but maybe whenever they have another
Zombie Walk, you can attend, and forget again.

Questions:
Why am I coughing more now that I have quit smoking than I ever did when I smoked?
Why am I coughing and sneezing blood NOW that I have quit smoking, when I never did that when I smoked?

It's all the sh*t in your lungs working its way out. Give it a week or two.
Drink lots of juice and exercise.

On week 3 here and I'm still spitting out crap. Give it a month or two. Then again, I'm giving in to my cravings for food and not doing exercise as much as I can. I'm ballooning up a bit. But I'm giving myself through January to enjoy food, and then exercise to replace it all. And consciously looking at portions during meals.
I weighed myself yesterday fearing the worst, but honestly, while I'm heavier than I was while smoking, I'm not doing too badly for me, so that's a plus.

After a while the continuous cravings will go away and it won't take long before you find that you have more energy, so don't be discouraged if you do pick up a couple of pounds. As you start to feel better you realize that you can get a lot more done if you're not constantly stopping to smoke. And after about a month, now all I have to deal with are the occasional urges during stressful moments, and sometimes after I eat. It just gets easier from here on out, so pat yourself on the back, you've made it through the worst part and you should be proud. You've already made it farther than most people.
