I've had to change my team completely as four yes FOUR of my players managed to injure themselves in the week before kick-off!

Hi Cleburne,

Never done Fantasy Footie before. More dipping my toes than taking it too seriously. Probably a lot of luck involved either way!

Hmm. I thought I swapped a couple of guys out that are showing this week as playing. I must not have saved the changes right.

Beginning to get the gist of it already watching the first rew results come in. Two of my strikers were substituted :( Poor choices, not bad luck, so like you say luck is only part of the game. Hope your experiences choices fared better

hi Damelon you meaning the transfer process , its more tricky than last year you have to choose ur transfer players press make transfers then it gives you a list of ur transfers pending and then you have to click Confirm Transfer requires 2 clicks basically maybe that is what happen you :?:

ussusimiel both my strickers were subsituted also  got rid of Drogba for 2nd week .

General gist of this game

1- Ur goalie and defenders need a clean sheet

2- ur midfielders and strickers need to assist a goal or actually score
goals

3- my goalie got a 5 point reward for saving a Penalty (i think players lose points for missing penalty like Suarez on saturday )
4- players lose points for yellow and red cards , so ya wouldnt have picked Scholes last year lol
5 Players get bonus aswell for performance
6- captains double their score so you can get a big score if u choose wisely

There are other rewards but that is general gist .

Thanks, Cle. I hadn't guessed the Captain bonus, that's good to know.

I was thinking of substituting Zamora but then I saw the highlights on Sat. night and he nearly scored twice. I think I'll keep him in!

yet more changes made! hurray for the transfer window!

(uss, when it closes, you can make still make as many transfers as you want, but every one AFTER the first will cost you 4 points) (if the same as last year)

I can't believe it! I'm second in the KW League!

I'm only posting this now 'cos it's unlikely that I'll get to say it ever again

[EDIT: knew it wouldn't last. In third now with three others breathing down my neck 8O ]

I just swapped in Jarvis, hope he does me some good! I'm playing without a Rooney or a Drogba just cos. My midfield and defence are doing me proud so far.

This is no game for sentimentality.

If they're not performing, yank 'em out!

Captain Rooney did well yesterday with 3 goals , had a good day at the office with 122 points 4 the weekend came 540th out of 2 and half million players over weekend ;) alot of my players scored a mass of goals and assists .

Wow! And if you'd had your goalies the other way around, it would have been 134 points!
