Up ALL NIGHT because I couldn't get my brain off the spin cycle. Need to find some way to reduce stress - getting used to waking up with panic attacks multiple times per night, but this is something else. Yay, off to work.

That's no good at all Sorus.

I guess you've tried all the herbal teas/meditation/deep breathing/CBT techniques/exhaust yourself with daytime exercise etc approaches?
Or sleeping aids/pills in emergencies?
I hope you make it through your day and sleep better tonight

Maybe looking after all those animals wasn't such a good idea. Perhaps they're keeping you awake?

Sorus, I totally feel ya on the "brain in spin cycle." I've been having that a lot lately. A tiny does of benadryl helps me fall asleep, but it doesn't keep me from waking up too early.

Hope you find a solution!

That's the second suggestion I've had for benadryl. Stuff like that seldom works for me, but it's worth a try.

this week, can't believe it's only Wednesday.
