Up ALL NIGHT because I couldn't get my brain off the spin cycle. Need to find some way to reduce stress - getting used to waking up with panic attacks multiple times per night, but this is something else. Yay, off to work.

:( That's no good at all Sorus.

I guess you've tried all the herbal teas/meditation/deep breathing/CBT techniques/exhaust yourself with daytime exercise etc approaches?
Or sleeping aids/pills in emergencies?
I hope you make it through your day and sleep better tonight

Maybe looking after all those animals wasn't such a good idea. Perhaps they're keeping you awake?

What am I doing here?
I'm going to try and follow MsMary's approach and post in the goodnight thread in the hope it makes me go to bed!

LOL, Shaun. Hope it worked.

Sorus, I totally feel ya on the "brain in spin cycle." I've been having that a lot lately. A tiny does of benadryl helps me fall asleep, but it doesn't keep me from waking up too early.

Hope you find a solution!

day off today. after a uniform exchange and a meeting - the day is mine!

That's the second suggestion I've had for benadryl. Stuff like that seldom works for me, but it's worth a try. this week, can't believe it's only Wednesday.

I'm here cause I "have" to check in with you folks before hitting the hay at night. :P

Way too late for a work night, though, so it's off to the goodnight thread. ;)
