Ancestors are no different than gods except in terms of strength. An ancestor can become as strong as a first tier god. But, this depends on what the prophet does to strengthen the ancestor. If the prophet can get many people to worship the ancestor, then the ancestor gains in strength.

Does that help?

It does, but it still leaves me guessing as to what benefits/domains ancestors can empower until a player/prophet chooses to share that, yes? The registration descriptions do not enlighten me much, and other than Azver, I haven't seen much shared in the game thread regarding ancestral spirits.

There was something I was thinking of as I was processing turns.

The gods in this game are not like the gods in Pantheon. Rather, they are more like the gods of ancient Greece. They have emotions, they make mistakes, they get angry, have affairs, etc.

Like Acropolis, your gods are gods after all. They have power and can do anything. So, don't feel you need to restrict your gods actions.

Can't imagine what kind of roof I have.

Anyway, thanks for the great results, Allmother! :D :D :D

meh, regarding the roofs.
I was told about the cottage I reside in in my very first results.

*grumble*
(not something I ever thought I would have to deal with)

AllMother, does Twinsriver have a gathering hall, or a staging area in the market place, where performances are done or announcements are made? Or does the Town Crier and anyone else addressing the village as a whole find an opportune spot each time they seek attention?

The crier walks through town. If you want a central place, you can always build one.

*nod*

Which is why I was asking.

I'm not one for understanding costs and details like this in-game. Do I say I spend TP/PP/DP on doing such, or do I need to go through the Builders Guild, raise funds, et. al., via turn submissions?

Don't let yourself get bogged down with how many gold pieces something is going to cost.

You might want to use your PP's to get some of the wealthier residents of Twinsriver to donate money to your stage but it isn't necessary.

If you simply state that you want to build a stage in the center of town, other than getting approval from the council of elders, I would say go for it.

I'm uncertain if "heraldically" is an actual word or not, but I'll stick with it... ;)

Alright, alright.
I'll be the first to crack on the boards...

You have spoiled us with your quick turnaround of processing the previous turns, AllMother. I admit I am seriously jonesing for results.

But, wait I will do. mmm? Image
