Sadly, it's not actually possible to camp in Sherwood forest. It's a shame, tourists would probably love that; but most of the forest is all footpathy, with little signs explaining the wildlife, and the bits that aren't open to the general public are used for paintballing.

Though they can both probably beat me up... giving as he train fighting every day, and Roger is 6 foot 3

Heh. Anyway, I'm up for paintballing. I've never paintballed before, and I'm sure a semi-legendary woodland is the place to go

I would prefer to go LARPing: the same thrill but not so war-like and less painful (it should be called "painball" you know)...

I'd like to try LARPing, it seems like fun. But it seems like it takes a lot of organisation and stuff... Maybe we'll have to save the LARPing for when I visit Sweden
