Does Skyweir know you've been talking about her?

 I kept saying he...my apologies.

But it's all good....no harm intended.
:D

It's far from the first time. She allowed herself to be generally known as Lord Sky for a long time before clearing up the matter.

Two of the clues point me to Nav...
almost 1000 posts.
Favour a Proxy-possibly because he's a Moderator...?

Walks on curbs I don't get...This Quip, I'm guessing is another riddle...If I guessed right, give me a hand figuring out the other clues (I'd like to guess why they relate myself)-If not--I guess I'll keep guessing.

AAARRRGGGHHH! Now it's my turn to screw up the clues.
Sorry, that 1000 should have been 1500. I'm going to edit that.

Nav is not it.

I'll try to think of a way to enlighten you on the other clues, but at this point it may just give it away.
Hmmm......The 3rd clue does not relate to the person, but to the clues themselves.

...is it Creator...?
The Post count is close...
And do the rest of the clues refer to the Creator
-He met Covenant on the Curb..?
-The only link I could get to the last clue though, is that the Creator created everything except himself..(Man this is a streatch!!)

No, it's not Creator.

You should look more closely at what all the clues have in common, as hinted at by number 4. ;)
And these clues actually have nothing at all to do with the books, unlike the previous times. These are clues to the Watcher directly.

You know what? I have not been drinking enough lately...the original 1000 or so posts is correct. I am getting as bad as you. (Mind you, "just about" actually means :A little more or a little less" in ur-speak.)

1.) This man has just about 1000 posts.
2.) This man may walk on curbs
3.) This man may favor a proxy.
4.) This quip has all but him in it.
Can I see if I am reading this correct??

1 - A Watcher who has reached the mile high club or is almost there.
2 - To walk on a curb may mean that they are without a car and hitchhike or they work for the city as a sanitation engineer.
3 - may favor a "proxy" which may mean "a person authorized to act for another" = may favor a substitute?
4 - could it be the "he" is a "she"??? or just has never played in this post or Mallory?

Hah! It's me, innit? :)

(though you forgot about the 'z')

Khat....you were correct in your assumption for number 1.
But after that, although your reasoning is sound, you missed the one thing that Edge picked up.

(And yes, Edge, I did forget the Z. )

Edge is correct, it is him!
A curb is technically the Edge of a street. ;)
The only reason for #3 was to use letters of the alphabet that were not used in the other clues.

This quip has all but him in it

If you look again, you will see that there are no E's, D's or G's in the clues.
(And also no Z's, which was an oversight.) If I would have misspelled 'has' as 'haz', like originally intended, it probobly would have been easier to figure out.

Good job Edge! It's your turn!

Here you go:

1) A dedicated Shakespearian.

Dragonlilly...and hey, how many times is it going to be Edge?

OK. No more living on the Edge. ;)
We'll drew the line there. ;)

Nope, not Dragonlily. And I guess I should confess, that's two cryptic clues in one sentence.

I wish. I'm more of a dedicated Victorian.

OK, so here's what I did.

A dedicated Shakespearian

William Shakespeare born April 23, 1564 (no true records, this is the accepted date)
Died April 23 1616., at 52 years old

Memeberlist does not go up that high.
No sorted member #423 or 52 meets the criteria.

Lived in Stratford, England, then London.

No members from Stratford here. No Londoners fit the bill.

The only other person who fits (in this line of thought) is Cate. And that is only because her post count is 1541....close to the year Shakespeare was born.
Plus, her name is in the word dedicated.

I still think that is wrong....but I am at my wits end here. :?

Very clever, ur-bane. Who knows if it's right, but it's clever. ;)

Shakespearian wouldn't fit me anyway.

No correct answer yet.

I'm trying to think of how to give a hint that's not a dead giveaway...

The words 'dedicated' and 'Shakespearian' refer to different things. One of those words is a reference to their user-name.
