no
you call it that. I have my own conception of God and I believe in it. I do not believe in religion. The world can bite my ass!

Prebe: I'm glad you have the grace to admit that evolutionism is unproven, and moreover requires imagination.
Plissken: assumptions such as 'Genetic similarities are proof of common ancestry', to name just one.
Danlo: I specifically said 'the world' because I
don't consider my belief to be religion.

Um, I'm going to need more information on this one. You don't think that genetics can determine parentage?

Edge: I said it does not require MUCH imagination to believe in the theory of evolution. Rather it requires a solid dose of denial to disregard the evidence.
Where, by the way, can I find out exactly what the creation theory is? I mean besides Genesis. I seriously want to read about it. And by theory I don't mean a bunch of papers trying to prove evolution wrong. I mean something that actually describes how you think life and diversity came to be.

Can we all at least agree that the avatar of edge with t3h guy falling of the cliff is totally hilarious?
Wait, that is a bit off topic...
<edit>
It's always hard for me to remain serious when dealing with this subject for too long, because no ones opinion is ever really swayed. I guess the best to be hoped for is that we can determine the other side is at least slightly reasonable, and even that is a stretch sometimes.

Spot on JemCheeta
I have given up getting creationists to believe in evolution, but I have to object when people, who often have their information only from sources devoted to debunk science, slander good scientific reasoning and methods. And now I will put a sock in it
And yes, the avatar is way cool

I wish my command of the language was solid enough to have pulled that pun on purpose. Frankly, it was unintentional.
But well spotted JemCheetah
