Just finished listening to the entire Led Zeppelin II album for about the 10,000th time in my life.I Listened to Zeppelin for the first time in Jr High, and here I am 30 years old taking a Zeppelin CD out of the player again.Amazing the road that Zeppelin,Cream and a few other bands sent me down,I would never had discovered Muddy Waters,Howlin Wolf,Sonny Boy,Robert Johnson,Son House and numerous other blues musicians. And in turn never would have become interested in other roots music, from reggae to bluegrass...............May have never gotten into the Allman Brothers,The Dead,Widespread Panic and others. And I sure as hell would not pick up my guitar, put a slide on my pinky and try to play a little white man's interpretation of delta blues once and a while!Oh dear I have RAMBLEd On-goin around the world gotta find my girl-on my way.............................................

Bad Religion. Can't beat intelligent melodic punk. Except with a big stick.

I'm not even sure what the first 8-track I owned was! I think it was a "best of"......Mamas & Papas? Not really sure. Never cared much for 8-tracks or cassettes. Took the CD to part me from my vinyl!

Toss-up between that and
When We Rock, We Rock. And When We Roll, We Roll
(More or less a "Greatest Hits" list)
