I dreamed that I was in London, looking at the old sailing ships along the Thames. Damnit . . .I just want to go back.

Go!
But if you can't, (and I'm almost getting bored saying this!), read Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey/Maturin books.

I had a dream the other day involving some fellow Watchers.
I dreamt that I was sleeping in bed, the awoke to some loud noises outside. I went to the window, and it was a fireworks display (and a pretty darn good one). Somehow I knew that these fireworks were home-made by Malik. I could hear (but not see) Malik, Ki and several nameless watchers cheering the show. Then I woke up for real.

Maybe this means the next book is coming out early!

I dreamed I was working for my contractor again: I drove this battered gray Humvee/Scout type truck from Dunkin Donuts to the worksite, a bank, missed the brake and slammed into the curb. When I got there he said that the floor glue had to come up and left me, I read the paper for a minute and he came back saying, "Hey I thought you were going to work for me that shit sets up in minutes." I said, "Dam! it's not even eight and I'm not you're blankety-blank slave!" Then I started to walk and he expressed how disappointed he was in me...
...just got a call from my contractor asking me if I had the rest of his money-I said I knew you were going to call as I had a dream about you last night and I'll gladly pay you if you address four problems before you do-so no problem...

..this is very strange....I've been fixing up the master bedroom and therefore been sleeping in the guest bedroom. I have a small " dream catcher" on the wall in there. As noted in up thread posts,,dreams since sleeping in that room have been either forgotten before waking or pretty much without merit to remember at all.
So,,i'm done with the fix up and re model and have moved back in to the master bedroom. No " dream catcher" there. And I am having all sorts of bizarre dreams wonderful and disgusting. So far, the " dream catcher" stays put. But i'm still haunted by a dream i had a few nites ago. It was so disgusting i can't even post it here. Maybe it was the paint fumes getting to me, but another one like that,,and i just may relocate that dream catcher.

That's interesting, lurch -- I put a dreamcatcher over my bed a couple of weeks ago, and suddenly I'm once again having dreams that I can remember.
I think part of my problem was just sleep deprivation. For several weeks, I was getting about 5 hours of sleep a night. Since I've been on vacation, I've gotten back on a much healthier sleep schedule. (I'm still staying up 'til 1am but I'm not getting up 'til after 9am.

) So now I'm rested when I wake up, and I wake up naturally instead of with the bloody alarm clock -- and I'm remembering the dreams I have just before waking.
Yesterday, I had purchased a huge cabinet and it had just been delivered. I uncrated it, and then had to figure out where to put it in my apartment (which of course was not the same layout as my current apartment, but never mind that). Batty was "helping" me

-- every time I went to evaluate another location, she had moved it somewhere I definitely did *not* want it to be. Finally she did find a good spot for it, and then piled a bunch of empty boxes on top of it.
In today's dream, among other things, I was in a restaurant restroom that was suddenly converted into a classroom. The teacher did apologize to me when everyone trooped in (yes, of *course* I was on the throne!) and gave me a coupon for a free meal.
I've got a pretty good idea what was going on with yesterday's dream, but today's has me stumped. Suggestions welcome....

I had a weird dream last night. I dreamed that I lived in this weird apartment with all these odd little rooms and in one part of it the floor was open and underneath, sunk in a deep recess was a blue rowboat with red oars. The entrance to the apartment was weird and oddly cave like and you had to walk up these tiny narrow steep steps and then hang on to the railing in order to get the door open. I opened the door and there was a tiny entry way with cleaning supplies and a hot water heater and I looked down and there was a pair of men's boots there and I got all excited and went in and there was a man who looked a lot like my friend Joe sitting on the bed shirtless and he asked me to go to India with him on an archeological dig. I refused to go because it would mean quitting my job and so forth and he tried to convince me to go with him and I tried to seduce him but he wouldn't have sex with me even though he professed to love me madly because he was actually a demon and if he gave in and had sex with me he would lose his demonic powers and become mortal and human. So the rest of the dream was us trying to get the other person to do what we each wanted. Basically me trying to seduce him and him barely resisting while trying to convince me to marry him and come to India. Very bizzarro.

Last night I dreamt that I was on the Arizona Cardinals sideline during the Super Bowl begging to be put in the game....which makes no sense becuase if you knew me (5'5", can't run worth a damn), you would know that's tantamount to suicide.

Last night I dreamt I was at an Elohimfest on a large boat and there was a soccer field on the boat and several of us were playing soccer. I specifically remember aliantha, aTOMiC, and dAN being there, although I don't think ali was playing soccer. dAN tripped me a couple of times (on purpose, too). It was fun. Then I dreamt I posted about the dream here.

I had a dream last night that dlb, CovJr, Cail, Vain, Lurch, Malik, Danlo and I were all standing naked around a fire. We were beating coconuts with bananas. Then Bruce Willis brought out a large didgeridoo that we each took turns blowing through. Then we smoked cigars as we watched trains drive into a tunnel. Later, a rocket lifted off and there was some fireworks.
I think it might've had something to do with politics.

Neither have I, although it is one of the few sports I will willingly watch.
