Tender Buttons by Broadcast. The brummy electro outfit have really stripped down their sound since 2003's sonically sophisticated HaHa Sound and the result is even more impressive.
Also Tales From Turnpike House, which demonstrates once more that you simply can't go wrong with Saint Etienne.
