Ok following the same theme ... do you prefer al fresco dining or indoor dining

Al fresco - as long as it's not too cold

On the subject of food... do you like sticking to the food you know you like, or do you like to experiment and try new things?

I like to try new things but I also like tried and tested favourites

Too hard .. If at a restaurant I will order the dish I know I will enjoy over something new. So yeah prolly that

Are you a morning person or a night person?

Night definitely. But, I have had to get up early for work and kids for lots of years, so I can get up. If I had a choice, though, I'd sleep in!

Do you prefer to watch a comedy or a drama (tricky one!)?

Comedy all the way - love to laugh.

If you were captured by alien entity and their experiment was to force you to either one - stay in a colorful room with a nice big TV but you have to remain on a stationary bike with only quick bathroom breaks
or... two allowed free access in one acre grassy area but you ALWAYS have to be walking in that same acre

I'll take the grassy area.
Not much on the telly that is worth watching anymore.

Would you rather have 20 hours of daylight,
or 20 of nighttime?

mmm ... tricky choice.

20 hours of daylight would be great for getting things done .. but 20 hours of night would be fun for lots of things too.

What? No green tea?
Oh well. I'll have to choose herbal.

Chocolate milk .. not a big milk lover.

LOL getting tougher

Beer, because I know what to buy. Wine is confusing and I generally end up disappointed with my choices. (And it's not important enough for me to learn. I like beer better anyway.)


You are suddenly rich enough to hire someone to do all your cooking and cleaning and whatnot. Do you hire someone, or continue doing it yourself?

Hire someone

I dont mind not cooking but if I dont HAVE to all the better.

Antique or contemporary?

Depends on the context, though my inner steampunk geek is leaning towards antique.


Thunderstorm or blizzard?

Yes! Thunderstorm! Maybe because I live in Colorado, and blizzards are a lot more frequent than thunderstorms. And I miss the dramatic thunderstorms of Kansas. They are just much more exciting.
However in Colorado, we do have thundersnow. Never knew it was a thing until I moved here.

Tornado or hurricane?

Hurricane .. only cos Ive seen those weird tornados the US gets ..

Not that hurricanes are destructive and damaging .. but its not as targeted as a tornado looks like but hey are they not the same thing but go by different names?


Hot and dry or hot and humid?

Hot and dry. Humidity is icky. ICKY.


Jeans or sweatpants?

Jeans .. theyre snugger but trackies are good for lounging about in .. so theres that ..

Original movies or remakes?

Oooh thats a tricky one cos some remakes arent as good as the original

Im going original .. as they are always classic .. because some remakes are arguably well done and some miss the mark ..

Ok mmm... do you lean politically more to the right wing, centre right or centre left or left wing?

I'm going with center left, as I used to be more left, but parenting has made me a bit more sensible, for some reason. And having a few conservative friends.
