Imagine a world where the Romans did not leave Brittania in 410 AD.

Imagine a Land that had no Dark Age, no Saxon invasions.

Imagine a place that acted as a beacon for refugees of the collapasing

Roman Empire.

Imagine a world where the Bryttanic Empire is the most technologically

advanced civilliation upon this world.

You have now entered the world of . . . EBONY SQUIRE

The Ebony Squires form part of the millitary/police force of the Bryttanic Empire. Centred on Londinium, the Bryttanic Empire covers pretty much the same land mass as the old Roman Empire.

The Ebony Squires are ordinary men and woman encased in a highly advance bodysuit, based upon nanotech and advanced AI. Each bodysuit has an AI interface which is the opposite sex to the ES wearing it, so a male ES would have a J.U.L.E.T interface and a female ES would have a J.U.L.I.U.S interface. All the AI are connected to the Memory Cloud, this worlds version of the WWW, but many times advanced.

But this is a world with a dark underbelly. As a counter balance to the advances of the Bryttanic Empire, there is also a strong element of what we would call Magick. Not only practioners of these arts but creatures the ES call the Necros and we would call them the Undead. The Necros are confided forcibly by the empire in an aread on mainland europe covering Romania, Moldova and Bulgaria. This is known as Romania.

Since I don't frequent Mallorys, might I request a link to the particular game there each of these entries are based upon, please?

Why? Are you paying us the prize money?

Compliance may influence my vote, yes...
...which may help lead to determining the winner of the WGDs.

Well, sorry, but since I never posted an entry, it's kind of difficult to post what thread said nonexistent entry was based on.

wayfriend wrote:I did say based on "a game". Not "someone's post in a game". So, for example, I was looking for a super-hero based on "ABC Dinasaur Names", but not one based on "Quickysaurus". I hope that answers your question.
As you can see, Wayfriend wanted it based on the game, not the posts in the game. This is what I've done, which even I admit is uncharacteristic of me.

I didn't ask for a link to a particular post, but a link to the game on which your entry is based...
___ wrote:That being said, HERE'S the thread you asked me for. As you can see, it was started by magickmaker17, which is why my origin has a magic marker in it.
That's exactly the type of link I was looking for, thanks!
hue? Which game is yours based on?

Here, I looked it up for you.

I have to admit, that wasn't what I was expecting.

Yeah, wasn't what I expected either. I'm not entirely sure it counts, as nobody seems to have actually played it yet.

Doesn't matter, I don't think, Wayfriends rules said based upon a Game, and even went so far as to declare the progression of the story and characters didn't count, only based upon the game itself, not on the developments within the game...IMHO

Well... hrmmm.... ok. I should say, it has to be a game that began before the contest started. But I won't. Instead, I'll say: it's not a game unless at least three people are playing.
It is in the rules. But I guess we never follow the rules anyway...

She'll be pleased to know that her game has taken on another life. Even though she never gets her butt in here any more.

hmm, hue...
Do I dare say this game seems to have been created for this contest?
But it seems you have the three players needed for it to qualify.
*hopping out of Mallory's until another entrant shows up here*

I agree. ___'s the winner. A white gold ring is a small price to pay for watching the awesomeness that is ___. Menolly, I'm sorry you were unable to win the ring, but it's not like you couldn't have entered the game. And, there's still Joan's ring.

I'd also like to thank ___ for judging this game while I'm away.

I ain't worried, awayfriend.
The white gold ring is still in the store.
No name's is merely an excellent copy, placed in to his signature.
Besides...
It's the journey to the white gold which is important.
Not the destination of obtaining the white gold itself.

(Hurry back, wayfriend.
You are missed.)
