Haha, well, he was usually pretty smart, and good enough in general, so that will do.

I also think I should be writing!
Today has been alright, but I feel like I should have gotten more stuff done... I'm vaguely disappointed it wasn't more exciting and I didn't see any friends. (it's a Saturday and the first time in awhile I haven't had work. well, not counting winter break.)

Checking in after a conference call I was on. And feeling a bit late for my breakfast. Though I did have coffee and an orange. My oatmeal is waiting for me.

telling myself I'm taking a break. (not sure I'm good at that skill.)
Msmary - I'm pretty sure the coffee was the most NECESSARY part!
also, conference call... I thought you were officially retired?
(though my mind has already gone to the possibility of some organization that's not an employer)

The coffee
was the most necessary part.
The conference call was for a non-profit that I've been volunteering with for years. I kinda sorta fell into being the chair of a project that has taken years to get off the ground. Two co-chairs volunteered to help up and got things up and running while I was unavailable for various reasons. But they don't want me to leave.
