good news is that my computer is in the shop. bad news is i missed the game. and no i have no idea about art programs on my acient computer.

It is entirely moot now, Sarge. Wayfriend seems to have vanished, At first I thought he morphed into Awayfriend...but reviewing that Watcher's older posts points to it being an imposter who has changed identities more than once.

Way is missed, but what prompted his disengagement must have been major...beyond that, I can only speculate.

In Way's absence, the nameless one (who also used to be known by a more conducive moniker) declared himself WWM winner again and awarded himself an even more massive pot of WGD than was legitimately bestowed in the Survivor game.

All I want to know is if the name "Savor Dam" came from fantasy bedtime hour, or if fantasy bedtime hour stole the phrase from the name.

Although it may be called heresy, I have not seen more than random clips of Fantasy Bedtime Hour. No slight of Jenn intended; it just isn't something I have taken time to seek out and view. If my Watch name happens to be part of the content there, this is the first time it was brought to my attention.

Those who know me can attest to my enthusiasm for wordplay. Before registering for the Watch early last year, I had lurked for years because no name had occurred to me that I was willing to use. I credit some post in the Galley (which one I no longer remember) in which the word "savor" or "savory" was used; my mind-full-of-junk linked this with the paradox of Covenant and white gold. Out popped "Savor Dam"...and I knew I had my Watch name.

Heh, you gotta love weirdness...a few weeks ago, I finally watched ep. 39, or 40 of FBH, and the dude is saying the part about "to save or damn the earth" and I swear it sounded like he said "to savor damn"
