Tonight at work was too busy for me to get any breaks, including dinner, and we're going out of town for a few days, so I didn't want to make anything elaborate. So I just got to eat cereal and milk and leftover baked beans from the other night.
I hope Damelon can choose something a bit better for us tomorrow night.

The other night I made some pretty good stuffed mushrooms. Got some big 'shrooms (plain old kind), pulled out the stems and the little inside bit under the cap. Kept the caps, put the rest in the food processor. To the food processor add cheese (I think any kind would do, but I used colby/american ), some garlic, celery, and onions. Chop up to a pulpy consistency. Fill the caps with the pulp (deviled egg style). Drizzle it all with olive oil, rub some spices (I used some fancy pepper and garlic salt) along the sides. Put it on an olive oil coated cookie sheet, bake in the oven on 400 degrees F for about 10-12 (considering you don't even have to cook 'em, the baking time's up to you)minutes, and they're ready.

1) Neither of know me, and yet am cast as a 3yr old minded goof...
2) Both of you are correct!!! I WANT TO BE A KID FOREVER...
3) The truth is I live in the US, but my heart lives is OZ... And I adore the wiggles... You see I have a 19 month old lil girl, and our passion is to watch the wiggles. We sing and dance all day long to them.

On another issue... I just lopped the heads off 25 pounds of Fresh JUMBO Gulf Shrimp... (That’s the Gulf Of Mexico for all you Aussies) and have 4 different ways I plan to prepare them tonight... We have a large block party every weekend and this weekend it's at our house...
My tummy is already longing to be filled by them and my tongue quivers in anticipation... yum!!!

Tonight...
I took left over fillet minion and cut it in half... like to make two thinner fillets.
With four slices of white bread mayo 2 and whole seed mustard on the others...
Placing jalapeno’s on the mayo side and lettuce on the mustard with the fillet’s in the middle.
Making two awesome steak sandwiches! That was great... just great.

Tonight we just stopped off for sandwiches while driving home from Chicago, but last night we went out to eat at a great Chicago restaurant with Damelon and some of his friends, and I had fettucini alfredo primavera. It was VERY good!

Tonight I'm just going to cook a pepperoni pizza on the pizza cooker.
For dinner with Duchess and family the other night I had a 16oz New York Strip steak crusted with peppercorns, and a toasted ravioli appetizer. It was excellent. I tried part of eggplant parmigiana, that was also very good. The chicken vesuvio was also very good by report. Duchess had a good idea in going there.
