Oh sorry Jenn! I know you were! I'm just really ticked off at the moment about missing out...but I will appreciate it if you do that.

I understand.
Wadds:
When the girls and I were there last we went to target and bought a bunch of cheap inflatable pool toys and beach balls and played silly pool games for hours, games that we made up on the spot. It was awesome. Then when we checked out of the hotel we gave away the toys to the kids in the pool. We should totally do that this time too.

I made my airline reservations today, I'm arriving in Albq. about noon on Friday 6/1 and flying back early Monday am 6/4.
I'm waiting on hotel reservations to see where everyone else is staying (Creator is at a Marriot.) Also waiting before I make car reservations.

All I am saying is that Wadds and I are staying someplace with a pool and this is NOT a negotiable criteria. We would love it if everyone stayed in the same hotel but as far as I am concerned, Creator is on his own at the Marriot!!!!!!

I'm telling you, if I am not out to dinner or something with you guys I will be found in or around the pool.

It's hot in Albequerque in June.

Jenn, as for the hotel thing, if I am to stay at one I will NEED to split a room with someone. It's going to be bad enough missing work AND paying for (at least part of) the gas to get there... a hotel will kill me, but I can probably swing it if I split.
However, if we stay at a pool there WILL be silly water games to be had with inflatable toys, you better believe it!!

Cool, thanks

Lemme know the price. I have to budget myself.

Looks like the Days Inn which is downtown Albuquerque has a lovely kidney shaped pool and a room with two queen beds is about 56 bucks a night plus tax. The Hilton is around 100 bucks a night and it's nice but I know you are on a budget and frankly I don't care how nice the rooms are as long as the damn pool is nice. DLB, is that about in your price range?

Yeah, don't give two craps about the quality of the room. Just need a floor (I can brink a pillow and a sleeping bag even!) and a pool!

Well, you get your own queen bed girl! YAY! I'm getting so excited.

Location and price are the two most important factors for me. As long as location is convenient to Danlo's and what other locations we decide on, then I'm good. The room is just a place to sleep and shower.

Well the Days Inn is in downtown Albuquerque and Wadds will have her car so if you stay there too we can transport you DLB and the price seems to be pretty cheap for Alb. It only got two stars from Travelocity but it got good customer reviews so that's why I picked it.

I'm not sure that will work but I tried. Well, not all the reviews were good. But they also offer a shuttle to anywhere in a five mile radius of the hotel.
