Congratulations on your game Zephyr, and thanks for letting me join. I'm happy for any opportunity to stick it to Balon. :D

...starts reading up on lycanthropes, in case that will help at all...

Hehe, I don't think that's necessary Menolly, I don't see myself actually creating undead vampire tigers in the near future. :D

Xar, God of Reality! What a great concept! I was (and still am) seriously considering God of Insanity, as that would make for very interesting dynamics. Although a crazed monarchy of vampires might suffice in that sense.

Actually, I think a triad of gods representing reality, insanity and dreams would make for a very interesting setting to explore...

Good point. The dreamscape is, in a way, where Insanity and Reality meet. Although, I've never been convinced of the reality of any so called reality. :P

I was thinking earlier, and perhaps reality could be viewed as a sort of consensus of differing viewpoints of how things should be. As a thought experiment you could perhaps graph reality, with people representing dots on plane, the axis representing degrees and types of insanity, and shading the estimated center of the dots being "reality".

What are these dots and graphs of which you speak? Have they a place in the realm of Dreams?

Hehe, I would say everything has its potential place in dreams. I can't see dreams having a limit on their content.

Nor I, Brother Tepes. Seems the mortals like such things as dots and graphs?

Yes, they invent such interesting ways to represent their abstract concepts. I see no harm in using what is useful.
