Had a very freaky incident last year (2 years ago?)- was getting really into scrubs and at the time my new fave band was polyphonic spree. Sat down to watch a scrubs and there was a patient who was in a band and so on and he got the band in to play and it was polyphonic spree and they played one of their songs and it was very very cool!

Last week's episode ended on a disturbing note for me. I'm gonna spoiler the rest for you who might not have seen it:
Spoiler
Kim, JD's latest love interest who got pregnant at the end of Season 5, was having her 1st ultrasound, so JD went the city where she moved to so he could be there with her. When he got there, she told him she had miscarried, but at the end of the episode we see she lied. I guess my problem is that I think it's his baby too, and it just kind of tweaks me that a guy could be a father and never know it, just because a girl didn't want him to know, and I think that's unfair, because all signs pointed to JD being fully involved with his kid. My guess is he will find out about this later this season, and it'll be a powerful episode dealing with this very issue.

Agreed. On all counts. Didn't she do that for a compelling reason though...right or wrong?

I'm sure she did, I'm just against her doing it.

I'll be damned....I've never heard of a show doing that before.

Yeah, I was surprised as well. Bonus - there's actually more Scrubs (snippet) after the last commercial during/before credits (as opposed to the 'stay tuned for more Scrubs' and after watching the commercials, you see credits role while something else is being advertised to the left).

I think I laughed the hardest at Ted's lines (especially the part about what's in his briefcase), but was disappointed by the lack of Todd.

Scrubs is one of my favorites current shows (although I don't watch a lot of TV.) Although IMO the quality has gone down some from earlier seasons it is still worth watching. Dr. Cox slays me. My current favorite Scrubs line is Turk's response to a patient's question about his grades in school: "My girlfriend wasn't the only one with 34 C's in high school. You know what I'm sayin?"

I believe Taxi (with Judd Hirsch) switched networks for its fifth and final season back in the day. Not sure if there were others. One of my pet peeves related to DVD sets is that they have yet to relaese the 4th and 5th seasons of Taxi. Season 4 had some of my absolute favorite episodes. Dang it!

The first seven are out but beware. Season 7 was abbreviated (and somewhat confusing) due to the writers' strike and subsequent cancellation. Caveat emptor.

Well, the season's over. Zach Braff (JD) and Judy Reyes (Carla) are leaving Scrubs, but it seems it'll go on without them. Certainly won't be the same, though.

It was a pretty good finale as well. I'll miss it.

That may be a real understatement. I can't imagine it having the same feel or being as good.

The scrubs highlight clips on YouTube are good chuckles for fans and for those of the uninitiated who want a good sampler. Here is one that always cracks me up: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dc8V0vGwDrU

Missed it. Oh well.

I think Braff (oddly enough) is the weakest part of the show.

Its available to watch on dozens of websites, if its not repeated on tv.
