yep. Once when Kragen was ambushed after the meeting with the Lords of the cares
Once when he got his side cut open
and once when Terisa and Geraden were visiting the King with Kragen and Gart was translated into the main hall along with some of his apts.
The fourth time, as we all know, Artagel won (with a little help from Nyle)

Actually, I think Avatar may have (unintentionally?
) asked a trick question. It wasn't Eremis who wanted to poison the reservoir, it was Elega. But I think Nathan's right--the poison was a tinct from the Congery's store room.

So, have you looked it up yet? I'm pretty sure that it was all but one of the deployed catapults, but how many that was, I have no idea.
