I never write them down. I look at it until I figure out the words. Then I look for good swaps. Often, a letter that you know belongs in a certain column, but is not in the correct spot, is not the copy of that letter that should go to the correct spot.

Yeah, that's a great day!

I don't know about this being the one. I couldn't make it happen, and I couldn't have done it better. First I did two fullswaps. There weren't any more full swaps to be made. 13 moves to go, and no way to get a 6. I went through almost every variation, and those I didn't weren't worth thinking about. This is what always happens. (Unless I screw up.) Could be your mistake set things up for a couple swaps later. I think that's what happened to me a couple times in the past.

I wonder how it knows how to arrange them.
