In response to a question regarding the four-turn immunity, I have decided to clarify that. You can find a section on Beginner's Immunity in the main Rules post.

A deity who is still enjoying the beginner's immunity and launches an attack upon another deity immediately forfeits the immunity and can then be attacked freely.
So, actually anything in the list can be performed, at the cost of forfeiting one's own immunity. It's not like it's forbidden, just that it has consequences.

Exactly. Please note that there are some gray areas - actions which might or might not cause the deity to lose immunity if he/she performs them. This is intentional: I don't want everything to be immediately clear. There are actions which you could perform that might or might not break immunity: you won't know about whether they do until you perform them, though.

I'm finally reading the contest entries. I was wondering how much trouble would be thrown Zephyr's way because of calling the Allfather an acorn. But at least I didn't call him fictional! I wouldn't want to be in the Void's shoes! 8O But thanks for taking the pressure off me. :D

The Void's not alone in that supposition.

But I'd rather be called non-existant than an acorn, personally. :P

I got to get off my rear and finish up the turn. I have the actions down, but I still have to put some story behind most of them.

I'm proud! It took me 3 months or so to write first turn, and 3 hours or so to write second!

Hopefully the diminution won't be reflected in my results too!

Edit: could I have a rule check please? In P2 we were told that your divine rank isn't just based on number of followers, but also on the strength of their faith in the diety. Has that changed now that we have 'contentment'?

It appears that remains the same, even with 'Contentment,' Stoney.
The AllFather wrote: Divine Rank Points and How To Use Them
You gain or lose divine ranks based on the number of your "worshipers" in the world. This number is a measure of the power the worshipers provide you with prayers and faith, rather than actual demographics: a low number may reflect a small number of fanatic followers or a large number of tepid followers.
