Oooh two difficult choices that depend entirely on the quality of the movie.
Dubbed can be irritating when not synched well but subtitles can be hard to keep up with and Id have to wear my glasses

And Im nothing if not lazy so Ill choose dubbed
Time off ... go do all the chores that need doing or you cant normally get done OR chill doing none of them but okay games and read?

I'm pretty strict with myself in terms of getting stuff done after work so my preciousss time off isn't spent on chores. Back when I was working hours where that wasn't viable, I did tend to do necessary stuff first because I felt like I couldn't properly relax otherwise. Now that it is usually viable, I am if anything more dogmatic about being responsible and whatnot.
You can fly! You have a choice between the Superman style of flight - but very short-range because you're still human - anything over a mile per day leaves you utterly exhausted. -Or- you can have actual wings, which increase your range, but make things like buying clothes and furniture very difficult. Which do you pick?

Hahaha lol

mmm .. it would be great to have wings but I figure even winged flight would require strong upper body musculature too and would also be exhausting ... so Ill go superman style flight. Plus SMF seems quintessentially cooler cos almost anything with wings CAN fly but how cool to achieve flight WITHOUT wings?
And its kinda how I fly in my dreams and I really seem to enjoy that
Ok so keeping in line with the super power theme ... invisibility or percipience?

It's October, so I have to go with horror. Preferably extra cheesy and low-budget horror. I miss the dude at my old video rental place who always used to tell me I was weird.

I relocate them, even the white-tailed and redback varieties. Having said that, sometimes I commit mass arachnicide (is that a word??) when the families move into places that could damage us... and the odd occasion when I just can't abide their presence (usually in the bathroom, falling out of the hand towel or similar).

Wow, I'm not quite sure what you want from this. I guess Italian from the options overall because it involves pizza and pasta and yum, as long as we are talking about Americanized Italian. Gimme red sauce, wine and starches and white cheeses and I'm a happy pappy, although my stomach these days would hate me for it.Cheval wrote:Food choice for a whole week: (And why)

As for what I'd eat of the others - Mexican - non-Americanized would be my preference. I lived in Tucson and got a taste of what the good stuff is. TexMex can be okay, but most Americanized Mexican is iceberg lettuce, cheddar, refried beans with lots of lard, and ground beef with spices. And these days, lots of green chili, which I don't care for at all.
Greek - I know there are several foods from this, but I don't have a lot of experience with Greek places because everywhere I have ever lived usually has one restaurant. I like Greek, but don't know the dishes very well. But I've really enjoyed everything I've gotten, unless it involves olives, which I don't like.
Japanese - used to be the same as above until I met my current wife. I would definitely do this one, and it almost was my final answer, as I love sushi and noodle bowls with broth and gyoza and most yakisobas and tempura everything, and the presentation is usually amazing. This Americanized as I wonder if I would like the real deal.
Thai would be my other hard to decide from choice, as I really like their curries, although they tend to run spicier than my tum tum can handle these days. I make a mean massamun curry.
Incidentally, Sorus, I love the "uncultured" joke.
