Like that ever stopped overly inquisitive minds! Well, I'm feeling...something...spent all last night at a friend's house watching anime and sipping Mike's Hard Lemonade (for the first time ever). Pretty okay stuff, but I got tired of it after 1/4 of a bottle. One person there was much more compulsive, drank six, and felt very sick afterwards. Evil lemonade!

I have a head cold thanks to my son (who seems to get every bug that is going around and kindly passes it onto me). Can't wait until he gets chickenpox (which I haven't had). Then it will be WAR!

Ouch, that sucks. Hope you all get well soon. (Even if you're both Linden lovers. )

Me, I've been sitting in my department's computer lab for the past 10 hours straight trying to get some solid work done on my master's thesis. I'm tired, my hands hurt (from sitting at the keyboard and biting my damn nails), and I feel stupid for not being able to get much done. ROAR GRUMBLE #**$#*$&(#&)@*#@()(%*&(*&#@!!!!!!!



Heh, yeah, I didn't get as much progress done today as I had hoped... Blah. I get distracted too damn easily by the internet.

Thanks for your well-wishes Jay. I'm feeling MUCH better today which just demonstrates that Loving Linden has many healing benefits!

Anyway, I'm in an exceptionally good mood today; but I am banning myself from the board until I get all my work done (the last couple of days I have done virtually nothing...except visit KW. BAD BAD BAD! ). You should do the same Jay!

THAT'S SO UNFAIR! I've only just seen this *NOW* (about three hours since I sent you that pm) and here was I having a lovely time fishing on the jetty and thinking "oooh, I had the last word...oooh, I feel so GOOD about myself" only to discover NOW that I didn't have the last word! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

I feel freaking depressed or in need of comforting or something. I was four pages away from completing my Gundam, when a damn piece broke in half! If that's not proof that life is evil and random, I dunno what is.

Someone hasn't been sharpening his anime tooth! Kidding aside: a Gundam is basically a giant walking robot in this crazy Japanese series that's been going on since the late 70s in various iterations (Mobile Suit Gundam, Gundam Wing, Gundam Seed, etc.) I've only watched one series (08th MS Team).

Anyway, there's a pretty big industry for making Gundam models (the bigger ones have hundreds of pieces but kick the ass of any action figure once finished). I bought a Master Grade one on Amazon.com for like 10$ (a steal). I had four pages to go on the instruction manual--almost had the beauty built, and it was looking mighty tasty. Oh well, it broke and I'm uber-depressed. Meh, guess I'll just buy another one and hope I don't break it also. One must always be vigilant when one possesses guerilla-like strength.

i judt got nasck from the eye doctor today.
my eyes are fully fialated and I thought it would be fun to see how well I can type with extremely blury vision!

I'll cjekc back in a few hours to see how I did.

I think I might actually try to eat some real food for lunch, after having the ickiest stomach bug imaginable over the weekend. Everyone wish me luck.
