Van Halen - Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love
I've had Van Halen's self-titled album for a year or two, but never really listened to it. It's actually not bad.

"Innuendo" is a great album, really underrated.

I agree. It was the very first Queen cd I owned. A friend truly introduced me to Queen (beyond the stadium anthems), and it just broke my heart when I found out about Freddy.
Some of my favorite songs are the more obscure Queen songs, though, like
Year of '39,
All Dead,
Seaside Rendezvous, etc.

I had been a casual Queen fan until I heard it. "Headlong" was a minor radio hit, so I picked up the CD. I was really blown away by it, especially when I found out how sick Freddie was during the recording. I think some of his best singing is on this disc.

Sorry for the double post, but I'm watching Whitesnake: In the Still of the Night on TV at the moment, and I'm really digging it. I stopped paying attention to them right around the time they got popular, and this concert (which is about 2 or 3 years old) is really back-to-basics and bluesy. Coverdale still looks and sounds great.

My Chemical Romance - The Black Parade
...I went most of the day without any music or background noise, then I played the CD once. When it stopped, it suddenly seemed far too quiet in here--so quiet it was distracting. It's been on repeat ever since.

Bear McCreary Battlestar Galactica Season 2 Soundtrack. I'm a soundtrack type of gal (I own thousands of soundtracks--instrumental ones) and this guy's music is just amazing!

Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 11. Nice, jaunty wake-up music.

'Jumpers' by Sleater-Kinney, from their newest album, 'The Woods'.
This song is great, and rivals 'The Day I Went Away' for the crown of my favourite Sleater-Kinney song.
