I have Menolly to thank for that, Skyweir! She posted a link for getting emoticons from Ahira's Hangar on an Announcements thread. When I go over there, I left-click on an emoticon I like, then right-click and choose either "copy" or "copy image URL", depending upon what computer I'm on. Some computers won't let me do a straight-out copy of an Ahira's Hangar emoticon, so I have to copy the URL instead. When I come back over here to paste the emoticon image or its URL, I put img in brackets before it, and /img in brackets after it, and it usually shows up!

As for your speaker of the quote, that can only be the wonderfully humble Lord Hyrim, son of Hoole!
