Before the divorce, or since then?

Agreed, then!

Sigh. Was it too easy?

I, too, have to admit to punaholism. Mostly I'm a social punner, but sometimes I do pun alone which wouldn't be so bad except I tend to laugh at my own, and usually can't stop at just one.
Edited to add: No, it wasn't too easy WF...I had to print the thing out and use my whole lunch break to do it, and even then I was just guessing by the end.

Magickmaker said she thought there were more clues than were necessary. But she appeared to have fun doing it. She had a whole sheet of paper nearly covered with a grid of X'd-out boxes.

My mom is a real puzzle-afficianado. Her favorite is Logic Problems, with the Grids as you mention, then Cross Sums and then Sudoku. And she likes the Cryptograms also.

Apparently, those kinds of things are very useful assessment tools. The aptitude testing I took for Army intelligence was full of variations on those kinds of games [and a number of other things...like that game where colored lights blink in longer and longer chains and you have to repeat the pattern].
They don't tell you any actual scores, but I know I passed the test, cuz I got interviewed after. I failed the background, though...either because I admitted to smoking pot in high school, or because I told them my aunt was on staff at a socialist newspaper in NYC during the 60's to mid-70's. It was 81 when I took the thing. They don't tell you the reason, so sometimes I blame the one, sometimes the other, sometimes both.

And the winner is ...
Vraith
Two in a row for Vraith. He had competition, but he was quickest on the draw. For his hard work - and too much free time at work apparently - he gets more wiggiedough.

Yippee! Now if I can win the "Bad Writing" in another thread, it's a trifecta, and I can retire from gaming at the height of my career, before the inevitable fall.
[FWIW, I'm trying to come up with a really killer game with a major payout, if you, WF, or anyone else has suggestions feel free to PM me...don't want to clog the famous WWM thread with other stuff].

Null - if you can tell me how I can go about transfering my dollars (and items if I have any) to you then you are welcome to them. I've tried to buy stuff I don't want with dollars I don't seem to be able to spend a few times - but nothing seems to happen. Take them - they are yours. But one request - how do you get 'Furls Fire' icon up on your postings?

If you haven't got a Furls Fire icon, go get one from the store. Then go to the "Items" button below the KW banner at the top of the page. Check the box in the left column for any icon (up to three) you want to show in your posts. I just did it myself, so it should show in mine. If it doesn't, get someone else to tell you how to do it......
