You should have pointed out something along the wall to turn my head, then while my head was turned, snag one. :)

hmmmmm... I work all day, starting with getting a teen age girl and a 19 month old ready for school, work 10 hours, get stuck in traffic then get forced to watch CUPID... and all I get to eat is 3 plain ol hotdogs?

I DID GET SOME COFFEE IN HOWEVER!

lol, my own method of culinary larceny is "Look! A MONKEY!"

When I visit the States, I will simply be staggered (again) by the size of the meals. Your restaurants are so generous! We British are notoriously stingy with food (and indeed many things)..."Here, have a postage-stamp steak, with a side salad comprised of a lettuce leaf and a square inch of radish"

I have noticed that in my Canadian travels they usually do not have anywhere as much food as American restaurants. In American restaurants you will get not only your entree but also an inexhaustible bread basket, a salad or soup or both, and side orders like potatos or rice or vegetables (sometimes more than one)...in many Canadian restaurants I have been in you have to order all of that stuff seperately. But even in American restaurants, it seems that no place will give you more food than Chinese restauarants...if I eat even half of my serving I feel so stuffed I have to waddle out to my car!

work has been busy lately, many nights we have not been able to eat dinner...I think I'm going to put my foot down tonight and insist we all order pizza or something like that which we can eat while working... :(

Bah, absence of dinner is no good, Madame Malfi! I insist you get pizza or equivalent nutritious goodies :)

I suspect my dinner tonight will be either too many sausages, or possibly ham and pineapple pizza
