I never think of him as Dan - only danlo or his real name. :)

Since danlo's busy eating pretzels ;) , I'll respond:

Danlo is the main character from the Neverness books by David Zindell. The love of that character's life is named Tamara, which is why you'll see (our) danlo refer to his wife as Lady Tam.

It's a pretty cool series. You should read it. :biggrin:

Pretzel sticks aren't all that yummy. The little dry ones. That's what I use too to forget about nic sticks and to keep myself orally satiated.
