A new initiate would be first degree Thoolah,and as you prove over time your devotion to the ideals and secrets of THOOLAH you could advance in rank.Jay of course would be the Grand Thoolah,or Grand Thoolate,we would need a second in command,appointed by Jay-The Vice Thoolate,or First Officer Thoolate.Anyone have any ideas for a secret handshake?

How about:
Start with two THOOLAH members facing one another, palm backward with pinkie and ring finger down thumb out, quick hand flip down and then a forward hand movement by both members so that thier thumbs touch. All the while chanting "THOOLAH" four times and......oh crap forget it! How about we all yell "THOOLAH" after each round of beer?

I don't see it.
They are at different angles too.
Thier beards do look the same though.
But I don't think one is a copy of another.
(this was well before Photoshop too)
