First, my bretheren, my thanks to all who stood firm in the face of the Demon threat. Although the Demons are not destroyed, the rift is closed, denying entrance to this world for more demons.
Solus, my brother, do not despair. Although your city is destroyed, your followers remain strong. With a little good luck, (and surely you are due some), you shall arise stronger than ever. Your efforts will not be forgotten. *bows*

Greetings brothers.
I'm here to announce that I gave to my cleric followers the gift to raise the dead and make them undead.
This act must be done following my dogma, but I permit to all my clerics to resurrect their fallen friends. In addiction all who died and desire to become my worshipers beginning a new existance can do it without much trouble. In this way the necromancers no longer have the exclusive power to create undead.
They mantain the skill to create a specific kind of undead.
I say that to be honest with you all.
Best Regards,
Argothoth

One of your followers becomes intolerant of "infidels" and starts forcing every worshiper of other deities to submit to you or die
this man must be stopped and apprehended. if he can be found hand him to one of my high priests and he shall be punished.

So all can come to understand me, this is what I said to Nephirthos:
Brother in Divinity,
Let there be no pretense between us. Based on your actions, inactions, the nature of your attempts to sway others of our pantheon to join you, and the fact that you are the God of Malice! (Chaos is not a problem with Love, but Malice is another matter.), I believe you to be the enemy of all I hold dear, and I expect you to attack one and all at one point or another.
However, I am what I am - God of Love. Love does not declare crusades. Such is inconsistent with Love, and impossible for me. The group of my followers who are attacking yours are not acting under my orders. Nor are they acting in accordance with my Way, which all can learn from my codex, The Book of Love. In the name of Love, I would ask you to capture and return any of these people to me, as I ask all to avoid killing and hate. But if your people must kill in order to defend themselves, then these "followers" of mine will have reaped what they sowed. I regret all such deaths, but I recognize your Love for your followers, and their Love of life and each other. In the meantime, I will do what I can to stop them from harming your followers further, as I always do what I can to stop my followers from harming anyone.
This is, of course, a plea to you to not use this unwarranted attack on your people as an excuse to declare war against me. You have certainly not indicated that you were planning such a thing, but I do not want to wait until it's too late. I believe there are enough potential followers for ALL of our pantheon to do quite well, with no need for any to rule over ALL people, so I see no reason that we should ever come into conflict. I can only hope you feel the same.
With Love,
Bhakti

My General does what he feels is right to protect my nation. Your fate shall be sealed, Bhakti. You shall pay for even trying to fight me.

I am honour bound to protect any innocents who are threatened. I shall instruct my fighting force to protect Nephirthos' cities from Bhakti's former followers, and I shall also have them defend Ai-Bhakti from any counter attack.
Argothoth's followers will also receive my protection. An unprovoked war is not honourable, and the innocent must be protected. My warriors will meet those of Toringian on the battlefield.

Alas, Nephirthos responds much as I expected, and feared. So that all may know what they will face after I am gone, I make any contact with our divine sibling public. The response to my message to him, seen in my previous post, is much like his last post here.
Queeaqueg wrote:Its a shame but I did not plan the attack, my General did and I guess he has every right to do so. Remember you planned an attack against me? Guess what, revenge is taking its corse. I am now by far the most powerful deity, with the most followers and most cities. I have formed an alliance with the God of Luck and Avatar has agreed not to take any action against, as well as the God of War. Good Luck
Here is how I respond...
Queeaqueg wrote:Its a shame but I did not plan the attack, my General did and I guess he has every right to do so.
As I said, all should defend themselves. When someone falls from the Way of Love, and attacks, they must expect consequences.
Queeaqueg wrote:Remember you planned an attack against me?
I did not know you were also the God of Lies. Or is it merely the God of Having Been Misinformed? Either way, I have never planned an attack on you, or anyone else. The God of Love does not attack. It is against the nature of Love. As is lying. Truth and Love are not the same thing, but Love
is bound by Truth. Unfortunately, some who Love do, out of fear or weakness, lie at times. But the
God of Love? No, it is not possible because it is not in my nature. Just as bursting into flame is not in the nature of water.
Queeaqueg wrote:Guess what, revenge is taking its corse.
And the God of Vengeance?!? You cover a lot of ground.
Queeaqueg wrote:I am now by far the most powerful deity, with the most followers and most cities. I have formed an alliance with the God of Luck and Avatar has agreed not to take any action against, as well as the God of War. Good Luck
If the God of Luck's Luck changes, I guess
you will have all you need.

were it not for the fact that you're the God of chaos, you might be able to organise some kind of threat against everyone else.

Why would I organise a threat towards everyone else? Many of the deities have usefulness to them: knowledge, war, thieves.

Queeaqueg wrote:Since when did you become the God of Reason?
Heh. When one is facing extinction, one gets creative. Although there is often no reason
for Love, reason is not incompatible
with Love.
Queeaqueg wrote:Oh well, doesn't really matter does it...
Indeed not.
Queeaqueg wrote:My army is better equipped and more powerful plus my mountain kingdom is hardly a ride in the park.
As I have never had any intention of attempting to invade you, your terrain is of no consequence to me.

Here's an interesting development:
Queeaqueg wrote:My General and followers seem to disagree. I feel that you're the God Lies, it was you who had planned a crusade against me and my General feels that he should repay you. The problem is that you could equal plan something. An alliance with the God of Thieves is interesting since he was also part of this crusade before the demons attacked. Either he wants an alliance through fear or he has something else palnned.
Our areas of influence are established. Love is incompatible with Lies. Were Lying to become part of my M.O., Love would dissolve. It cannot survive with Lies, as many married couples have learned. I might survive, after a fashion, but I would no longer be Love. And survival is not worth that cost.
Although I have always known you would have to be dealt with in one way or another - the nature of Chaos and Malice being what they are - I had hoped otherwise. I would be much happier if we all gathered whatever followers we could, and left each other's people and cities alone. As it is, I will fortify myself as best I can, knowing I will have to fight your invading forces some day, and knowing I will almost certainly die doing so.

Nephirthos...you seem to have misinterpreted the substance of my message to you. I was most clear that I would initiate no agression between us, and that I would make no unprovoked attack on you. As I shall not.
However, that in no way precludes me from coming to the defence of my good friend Bhakti. As long as you are attacking us, I will be keeping my word precisely. *bows*

I have only one person in mind for the attack, the one who wanted to attack me. Avatar, you did not attack me. I thought we had agreed not to attack each other?

I agreed not to attack you. And I shall not be attacking you. However, if necessary, I shall defend Bhakti.
There is, as I'm sure you will appreciate, a world of difference. And it seems that several others shall be willing to join me in defending Bhakti.
I will also point out the Bhakti himself is not attacking you. Indeed, he accepts the fact that you may act against those who attack you, and that they will deserve what they get.
If however you attack him, rather than those who have attacked you, you shall not find him alone or vulnerable. *bows*

Fortune favors the bold, I'm afraid. Nephirthos has offered me considerable gain for minimal risk, and the odds look to be in his favor. You gotta bet on the winning horse.
Nephirthos, I shall send an elite regiment to reinforce your southernmost flank, and I will extend to your army my influence. Good luck.

Argothoth, animating fallen men of war is a most greivous offense. They must rest in honor not skulking as creatures playing as men. They have no place in combat either. The crusade goes forth.

Wow !! I went away for a few days and when I returned I've found a real chaotic situation !!!
A lot of crusade, god vs god... Very very interesting !!!
I ask to myself if those wars are really necessaries...
Any way, I will make my position clear:
I will help all my allies if were attacked by other deities.

I'm tired to explain my dogma... the fallen men was reanimated because they asked for. No more to say on this fact.
I hope that this time of chaos will end soon for the good of all the deities... if we continue in this way we will destroy each other very soon.
