I'm furious at myself. Sometimes I'm a complete ass.

Thats pretty nuts Luci. But also good, I think.
I feel strange. I was walking to get my bike and return to meet my friend, when I saw a guy across the street following a woman under an umbrella. My skeezoid alarm went off, and I turned around and followed them.
Sure enough he started making passes at her, and she would turn around every so often and tell him to stop following her. Eventually they got to the corner of the block, and she moved to jaywalk in the middle of traffic to get away. He followed, but I got caught by traffic. So I ducked into a MacDonalds and called the cops. I only wish I could've stayed around to watch some skeeze busting.
I hope she's okay.

Aren't we all? What did you do?

I did something completely out of character for me, and got to suffer the consequences for it. Oh, if I only thought things through before I do them. . . Just call me Pandora.
Anyhow, I'm just chalking it up experience. Woohoo. . . another life lesson.
But today I am not as angry at myself.

I did something today that was very exciting and I just can't wait about, but like Wyldewode, I will just make vague statements about it and not give any sort of clue, leaving you to draw your own conclusions.
So, my conclusions for you, Ms. W, is that you had sex for money and got busted by an undercover cop?

That's very imaginative, Caglio, but fortunately not true. And I won't give you gory details, but I did something that if found out, could cause damage to a friendship. Now this friend doesn't come here, but I don't want to air the details all the same. The intense feeling of guilt I had after I did what I had done was punishment enough for me. I just wanted to confess the fact that I was angry at myself in a place that was safe to say it.
Hope this satisfies you curiosity.

If you are not going to share it with the rest of us, then don't bring it to class.

Be comforted. That's an order, Pandora.

I feel a bit tired, it's been a busy day, but I feel good, which is an unhoped for combination lately. Normally, I'm just tired

Oh, Luci....I'm sad/happy for you
I am torn between posting this here or in The Gallery......one of my coworkers is a Mexican-American who happens to be a beautician on the side. I went to her house today so she could perm my hair. Her mother had fixed a large pot of Menudo (no, not the boy band although it might as well have been!) and asked me if I wanted any. I'll try anything once so I said sure and it really, really smelled delicious. I took one bite and I still feel sick to my stomach.

Is that what that is? My Italian next-door neighbor tried to feed it to me once. I thought it was disgusting.

Disgusting is an understatement. I think it's the worst thing I have ever eaten in my life. But, at least now, I can honestly say I don't like it!

I've altered that saying for my own purposes: I say I'll try
most things once. That leaves some wiggle room! Sorry it's still making you sick.

I'll remember that next time.

Since when do I take orders from you?

Thanks, though.

Am I still allowed to tell the Slayers in Training that I traded my eye for Wisdom?

Is that strictly true?
