Yes, that's true. Olaf spends only 4xp.
In other news, this morning I opened a letter from the University of Washington. I have been accepted into their Executive MSIM program for the Fall.
- Side note: I approve of the fact that the first word in the letter is "Congratulations." Makes it easy to tell if you got it. If I had to parse through a whole lot of blah blah just to figure out if I should be happy or sad... and I'm so stressed that I can't think well enough to understand the blah blah... that sucks.
I remember when I got my letters for undergrad, it actually took a while to get my head around all of those words and letters and stuff. Very stressful.

For the record, I'm truly sorry Erick, as I know you are new to the Watch and to Gravin Threndor. If you'd like, blame the GM for putting such a tasty meal in front of me.

I'll just sit in stunned silence instead

So we now have 1 fight, and one "altercation" that may escalate into a full blown fight. None of which involve the antagonists.
I sense great things in our future. Possibly a short and...dynamic future, but greatly dynamic none the less.

Oh, just wait until Dante meets the rest of the crew.

Of course, Dante isn't stupid (he better not be for how much intelligence I gave him, hehe) so he knows the benefit of teamwork.

Interesting.

Well, it's your call Erick.

Holding out that my Dominate doesn't fail me! Where is lure of flames when you need it

Hehe, you better have loaded dice boy. I'm assuming I'm supposed to wait to see if dominate takes effect, Goat?

Or do I have time to react? Assuming a few silly words can stop a predator in search of prey, of course. Sounds like defying innate nature to me.

And actually, since Erick's post assumed that both of the brothers were holding you, but really Gunter was trying to pull Wolfgang off of you... I've PM'd him to make sure he didn't want to revise his post before we proceed. I was unclear on that part of my post, but it is unlikely that Dante is IMMEDIATELY available to receive dominate. Of course, unless you want to try to attack him with your eyes closed, or sneak up backwards to get him, you'll be hard pressed to stay out of dominate range forever.
But I like the trash talk.

Ok, I'll revise my post. Poor Erick is too frail for this raw aggression

I must say, I enjoy conflict, so much fun.
I'm also a fan of monologues if you haven't noticed.

I must say... I'm not a big fan of all the extra dice rolling necessary when you guys have conflict.
Good thing I wrote me up a dice-rolling tool to be used on my computer. That would be just a little bit TOO nerdy, bringing a bunch of 10-siders with me to the cafe, you know?

Hahaha, not at all, who doesn't bring their 12 sided die to the cafe?

I carry my D&D dicebag in my work bag, and my tons of 10 sided in it too.

Yeah, but I bet you don't dump 'em out on the table and roll them. I don't know why, but the whole image of rolling WoD dice, where you have like 6-10 dice in one hand then roll them all at once... just seemed like my dirty little secret. It's okay to do with trusted gamer geeks... those who understand. But not ever in public.

I'm dying to know what clan Seska is...I'm glancing over your posts and "w", "t", and "f" consistently pop up

Very creepy
Sabine also makes me giggle.
