And how handy was it that Wadd's car broke when she was with someone who could get it fixed. . . after a reasonable amount of time, of course!

I feel good. . . I finally got to go home from work, so I took a small nap. *sigh* I feel really good right now.

Oy, not the best of days in Jennworld. So, I've got this audi clutch job and it's all apart and there is a coolant flange on the back of the cylinder head that is unaccessible from anywere but under the transmission. We have the trans out for the clutch anyway and find the coolant flange is leaking. I ordered one yesterday afternoon for morning delivery. The flange is not on my first truck so I go to the supplier website to see if it shipped and it says shipped and delivered. I call my rep and leave a voicemail for him to call me back and why. An hour later he still hasn't called so I call him again and this time he calls me back to say he's looking into it and he will call me back. So I tell him to please take care of it because I'm now stuck with this car tying up the rack. He's says he will. THREE HOURS LATER and I still don't have a part OR an answer. I call him back and he says they can't find out what happened and I'm like, "UH, John, did you send me another one in the meantime?" NOOOOO. He says sorry. Sorry doesn't free up a rack, finish a job or help when I have to tell the customer it's gonna be another day without their car. It is 2:12 pm and I am just now getting a flange that should have been walking in the door as I was opening the shop. Guess that's one more car that won't go tonight.

Yikes. . . I hate having to wait for other people to do their jobs so I can do mine.

Well, at least I can vent about it on the watch. That helps.

thanks for the sympathy. all that money and the heater still doesn't work. and i need to put a cd player in the damned thing.

least i have water aerobics to look forward to.

we go monday through friday. it is good at night. but right before work in the am kinda sucks.

Nice. I keep thinking I'll join a gym with a pool but I never get around to it. I'm gonna hold off again until it gets a little nicer and then start boogie boarding regularly.

It's a short board and you kinda half lie on it. It's alot of fun. I have a thick enough wetsuit that will let me go in the water year round but it's the freezing cold when you have to first get wet and then after you peel that sucker off that keeps me from going right now.

*shivers* I was already cold before I read that, and now I'm even colder! I think I'll have to get out an extra blanket for the bed tonight!
